A Mixed Bag - But a Big One!
Jan 2021
I recall this place from the 60's and 70's when it was known as Hickey's Flea Market and Main Street was a dusty 2-lane road. I no longer live in the area, but visit a few times a year. I almost never go on weekends when the outside and storage unit sales are in full swing - too much 'junk' for me. There are 4 major indoor spaces. The best building is on the far east side and has a good mix of locked cases and open shopping. Higher end - but still fairly priced for the most part. There is another building toward the center that has more modestly priced items. A third one has a lot of 'cult' items - games, trains, records, etc... The fourth building recently closed, but is supposed to reopen. This is THE best antique center in far western NY - don't miss it!

Loved most of it
Dec 2019
A great idea and I would love to see int he summer when it is not raining. Unfortunately antiquing in the wet is not fun.
The first, main building we went into we were made to feel like lower class poor people who would not be able to buy anything. The blond womans exact words were " the lower price and cheap items you would be looking for are in the other buildings". How ignorant.
Thankfully the people in the other buildings were so much nicer than this horrible excuse for a human.
I will definately return to find some more excellent deals in the "lower costs, cheap sections for people like me". But will certainly not enter that persons store again.

Still a Fun Outing
Oct 2019
I see from some of the reviews that the Fleamarket doesn’t meet expectations like it did before. The market has changed since I’ve been going there, but the smaller vendors outside still keep my interest. The more expensive stuff is inside the antiques building and I find it overpriced for casual buyers, but the outside vendors always have something different. My personal interests have changed in 39 years of visiting but I always bring something home. I’m glad the outside vendors still come.

Good place if you want to spend a day antique shopping
Jun 2018
I highly recommend going when the outdoor flea market and antique market are going the same day. Make a day of it and you will find some nice buys.

Used to be a lovely day in the sunshine. Now it's not.

Used to be a lovely Sunday in the sunshine. Now it's not. It's all dark, musty storage units that you scurry from one to another like a rat. It used to be tables in the open air and a very pleasant day. Now it's not.

A true gem!
Sep 2018 • Couples
We spent the morning at this gem, what a trove of antiques at very reasonable prices . The vendirs are veey pleasant and willing to negotiate prices . We bought a Red Rider authentic BB gun, box, and BB's for $40.00 ! A Hammondton Greyhound ball bearing wagon for $5.00 ! A vintage bear for $5.00 , and other great finds . Perfect day for picking up unique and memorable treasures . A must see and experience when in this area , highly recommemd fellow vintage junkies you will not be disappointed .

A little Bit of Everything
Sep 2018 • Family
Antiques, Artifacts, Collectibles, Hidden Gems, there is a little bit of everything, and every 1st and 3 Wednesday of the summer months, there is a Garage Sale included, which means more things to view. The admission is free except on Sunday's and there is plenty of parking as well as food item that can be purchased making it possible to stay longer if you wish. You can barter on many items, and you can find that Hard to Get item you have been always looking for. Worth the visit.

Went just to kill time, but were blown away
Aug 2018 • Couples
This has to be one the coolest flea markets I've ever been to. We went just to kill time until other things were open, and we completely lost track of time. There is so much to see that we had to cut our selves off after a while. The vendors are so friendly and most can provide a ton of info on what they sell. We loved here so much we already planned a September visit. My wife walked out with a shelf shaped like doll house, and I got a huge saw mill blade. Both of these together we're under 30.00 bucks. So there many deals to be made. Honestly if you can't find it here you don't need it

Not Much To See
Dec 2017
Mostly junk. Not much to look at in the Winter. Mostly smaller items. Not as big as expected too. I wouldn’t go back. This place could improve by having what they already have and then combining with new vendors who have made things for the home. Fun artsy pieces, old wood pieces refurbished for the home, etc... this place s not happening or fun!

Plan to stay a WHOLE DAY
Nov 2017 • Couples
First timers, WOWED. The cold November trip yielded a view of what appeared to be outdoor storage bins with merchants and then behind them were heated indoor booths where I found myself shopping for only a few hours but could have stayed all day. The building we shopped was large and divided into sections with mostly everything priced that I had looked at.Three was staff to assist in any area of need as well as to take your desired purchase items to a cubicle where they would sit safely until you were ready to pay.If you choose not to buy an item in holding they are fine with it. There were no questions asked as you could turn any corner and find something you wanted and another corner might reveal something you want as well. I bought a few great items. I am not sure if I could fairly say that everything was antiques but I did find some great items at fair prices. It could take you all day if you were to shop all the available buildings but I was not able to so it would be unfair for me to tell you about that part of the experience. I would recommend you plan on a day there and just go with your own flow. Food area was available as well as sitting and rest facilities.I would not recommend taking children as some areas are tighter than others and we are talking about Antiques of value with the assumption if you break it you buy it. Not very wheel chair friendly as again, tight areas with valuables to consider.
