They took the good food place out!! What a disappointment. We had to eat at that horrible pizza place instead. Garbage food. Don't go to this casino, you will be disappointed, just like we were. Turning Stone has no clue how to run a business, and they have poor customer service. They don't care what you think! We will NOT be going back. There are other places much better!!

Wow I say Wow!!! I have to keep up with things. This used to be a good visit but the dozens of justified poor reviews. Since we had time to kill we decided to check it out after years. I was not expecting much. I cant believe it is the same place. It is so much bigger, happier, what a terrific job. So many good slots, such a cheerful crowd. slots that paid off, involved management. Thrilled that they are back and will always be visited when going to Turning Stone. Thank You ,Thank You

Very underwhelmed by this casino. Stopped by on a mid-week afternoon. The golf and the bowling areas were dark, and the casino area was not very busy. The table minimums were higher that what we are comfortable with, which may explain why hardly anyone was playing (lower your minimums, maybe people would actually play). Can't speak to what the machine payback is set to, but everybody I talked to complained about lack of winners. I never saw a cocktail waitress in the two hours we were there. Food prices were VERY high. Being a small out of the way place they would do more to attract business. If you can, travel a bit farther for a better experience.

I use to enjoy coming to this place, but something changed after the first Sunday in March of 2018, since then the machines are NOT the same (they did recently change out their machines to match the type that are at Dellago; however, the changes were VERY noticeable BEFORE the recent machine changes)...You can not get a win and half the time you're lucky to get bonus rounds...I use to mostly play max bets, but heck, the money goes very fast....I am a realistic player, I know the house is going to win the majority of the time, but at least let us "feel" like we have a chance to at least have a little fun. EVERY player I have spoken with there and people at other casinos are saying the same thing, for the past ELEVEN WEEKS, NOTHING. Most of those players are saying they are NOT going back (and similar feelings at Turningstone as well), I know I have cut WAY back. They've built new places; however, at this rate they'll be closing down Yellow Brick as its becoming a ghost town more often than not...a few times parking lot has many cars in front parking lot, yet go inside to play and machines are EMPTY, perhaps they are letting employees park out front to give illusion of many guests??? They have cut WAY back over the last eight plus months on their free plays...AND today I got a bonus "free play"; however, this time it was only IF you spent 100 points (that's a ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS folks, AND the free play spin after spending that much would only give you UP TO $100 "free play") whereas before, the "bonus" free plays would be make ONE BET period.
I don't think the powers to be at Turningstone and Yellow Brick realize that IF they were to LOOSEN up their machines big time, they would have packed houses twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week vs. cutting back so much that its not even worth going anymore. I am a VIP Saphire card holder, so it shows how much I normally play.

I am at least or I was a one or two time a week visitor of the casino....last couple times there with your new casino system absolutely sucked!!.....my favorite machine Cleopatra keno....dollar machine and I was betting a dollar a spin.....and I went thru 60.00 and did not get in the spin bonus once!!!........so whatever you did changing the machines....well....you definitely changed them for your benefit!!!!...I will not be visiting your casino as much as I have in the past.....this was not fun at all!!!....Plus I dropped another 30 dollars in the tiger game as you enter the casino on the left....50 cents at a time and no bonus spin there either!!!!.....You have fixed them good!!! ....

STILL 5 months after I posted a review "Not like it use to be..." below on May 19, 2018, NOTHING has changed. It does not matter how much ...this place is NOT worth it. People that I talk to there and at other places are saying the same thing. Read, my post below...
I re-iterate the same still after 5 months (yes, I've still been going all this time HOPING things would change for the better. Actually, has gotten worse. I USE to LOVE this place, it was so much fun, not anymore. Come on Turningstone, you are alienating your paychecks from us customers that pay them for you at Yellow Brick AND Turningstone. You've cut back on loyalty gifts, "Bonus" free plays (in addition to our regular weekly free plays)(without having to earn an extra 100 to 250 points- that's $100 to $250 folks to TRY and get an extra free play, most of the time they just give points OR VERY little. You now for some time limit free drinks in the VIP Mezzanine Lounge upstairs at Turningstone, when they use to be unlimited (normally, my husband and I would normally only have a couple anyway once or twice a month). And now, it's only open Friday and Saturday evenings cutting back from Thursdays and Sundays. We know of the one out at Exit 33, and they say the lower denomination cards have more people, but that's because the highrollers have backed off using Mezzanine Lounge because of the limits on drinks. For what people spend in order to be Sapphire and Prestige cards, it's obviously well worth it for you as an Enterprise. Furthermore, there has been many problems getting our 15 cents off a gallon for being a Sapphire VIP cardholder. We use to feel valued, we no longer do, nor the rest of the card holders that we talk to at your facilities and others. People talk about their experiences:. good or bad. I hope things change pronto, IF they do, I'll be sure to update wonderful experiences. You could have both places packed 24/7 IF you were to loosen up your machines. You should try it and you would benefit from it.

It pretty much comes down to this, the post from roseyposey is as accurate as can be. Save your money folks....this place has become a smoke n' mirrors show. The last three times that I visited this casino, I literally dropped $600 cash each time and usually @ $20 a time to start and saw no bonuses or decent line-pays. It didn't matter if I bet max or the least amount minimum bet. It's like they shut the machines down. At this rate it takes approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. to be emptied of your bankroll. In addition, I had left my card behind one time and was asked why I didn't use a card by an employee, and I had told them that I had left it home by accident (which I did)….I had 3069 points on it which my girl and I were going to use to eat dinner that evening, well, the employee informed me I could just get one re-issued, so I did....I got a hesitation from the rewards clerk and the new card no longer sported my reward points. Later, using the new card didn't help in the gambling either, the dead spins just ate up a bank roll of $600 worth of twenties! I have had my rewards card since July of 2018, and have spun twice sometimes 3 x a week @ $400-$600 a rip and I have yet to see ANY free-play from any of my cards in over a year and a half since I started. what's with that? I have only seen one $50 free-play two times and that was well over a year ago. So,... I stopped using It, ….what's the point. It isn't worth it . I have always been an honest player and enjoy the sport of the play, but they have taken that away. I managed to run into a federal gaming commission agent (by accident) I wonder what caused them to visit?? Also, recently while playing Fortuna at a Savon, I had a last spin on a bonus which revealed 4 1/2 rows of goddess mixed with wilds and every panel paid out EXCEPT That one! So, I am done sharing them the chance to just take our hard-earned $ on an unlevel playing field anymore.... You just can't lose that much so often for there not to be something wrong with that set-up. I realize that this is called gambling and the house usually is going to end up in the better way so to speak, but my experimentation at this casino offers very little in the way of slot sport and a great deal of continued discouragement. Many experienced patrons I have heard have also complained on these dead-spinning machines.

We stopped in Chittenango because my grown daughter has been a Wizard of Oz fan all of her life. We wanted to visit the museum. It was closed, so we went down the road to the casino and spent about 30 minutes playing the slot machines. It's not a large casino.

Gambling is fun when you can play for a long time, even if you lose. Let's just say, in light of this, Yellow Brick Road is NOT fun. I'm tired of paying their salaries. I haven't won much here in a very long time.
So alas, New Years Resolution..I wont be spending much time here from now on.
