With far too much time on my hands and having always been curious about this particular outlet mall for years, I finally ventured to Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets on a cold, winter day. I found it to be well worth the drive, but just noting some items:
• Arrive early. There were a lot of people looking for parking spots during the early/mid afternoon and lines to get into certain stores were considerably longer. It started sleeting in the middle of the day and it absolutely did not deter the crowds.
• Be strategic! Figure out what stores you want to go to and where they are because there is a lot to see here! Either print out the map (PDF version available on the website) or view it on your phone so you don’t walk around in circles.
• I noticed a lot of buyers in line at 11am with suitcases when stores opened (yep, stores opening later due to COVID) because they are buying items here and re-selling online. Hit your favorite stores first before others snag up the merchandise.
• You’ll be walking a lot. Wear comfortable shoes. There were benches outside, but given the weather conditions lunch provided the only opportunity to sit down.
• Eat during “off” hours. A few of the eateries weren’t open during COVID and there were either long lines during lunch time (Shake Shack) or limited seating (Market Hall – i.e. the food court.) And unless I overlooked something, there aren’t a whole lot of eating options nearby the center either. I saw a Dunkin’ Donuts on the way in, but that was it.
• Come with an open mind. You won’t find an “it” bag here or current season clothes (e.g. I went in Feb 2021; items were from FW 2020 or FW 2019), but it definitely wasn’t the leftover/junk merchandise either. Said another way, it you are looking to find a specific pair of Nike tennis shoe, you’ll be disappointed, but there is a lot of great merchandise here to peruse. I've been to other outlets in the US and seen a lot of rubbish; selection here was significantly better.
• Don’t bother waiting in the bathroom line at Market Hall. There are lots of restrooms throughout the center.
• You were able to try on clothes in most stores, but not all. If not, just be like others where you buy it and try it on in one of the nearby restrooms.
• All stores required guests to use hand sanitizer before being able to touch any of the merchandise.

Went to the Woodbury outlet based on a friend's recommendation. Easy busy ride from New York, goes from central bus station, approx $40 a person takes just under an hour.
Shops were insane and the bargains were readily available. Other people on the bus took a suitcase for their shopping.
Spent the whole day there, was really empty had most stores to ourself.
Food court was lovely with plenty of choice.
Last bus returns at 7pm and on the hour before this.
Highly recommend this mall.

We visited Woodbury Common back in April 2019, I only decided now to write a review due to the current lockdown. I suppose I took for granted the freedom of movement and the fun we had them at the time. We caught the bus from the main bus terminal in NYC; ticket price was just over $30 per person. However, the savings you make when you’re at Woodbury, you’ll claw that back anyway. We bought our tickets via Groupon, which we highly recommend as they always have on-going deals. In 2019 the exchange rate was very good for the British pound, so we managed to pick up some great deals especially from the Tommy Hilfiger store, plus there were items that were only exclusive in the US. This was the same for the Levi and the New Balance stores. My advice is to get there early, although when we were there it wasn’t all that busy, however the number of stores that were there and the stock they have, you’ll be a while looking for that elusive deal. Also, you may be tempted to return to an earlier store to purchase an item that you were dithering whether you should purchase or not. That’s what my wife did. In terms of eatery outlets, we only bought snacks so I can’t really comment on the food in general. Words of advice for those of you who have never visited the US; all the prices displayed are without VAT. So you need to add the tax on before doing any conversions. If you like shopping, a visit to Woodbury Common is a great idea, you’ll find the people there are a lot more friendlier and very welcoming than those from NYC. As long as the pound remains stronger than the dollar you’ll reap the benefits, if not, the prices will similar to the UK.

Breitling Outlet Store at the Woodbury Common outlet:

Let me begin by saying I purchased 2 watches from the Breitling Woodbury Commons store before and have no complaints, in fact they were two excellent transactions and the salesman Suhaib was great. In fact, that is why I went back for my third watch.
My third transaction was anything but excellent. I was sold a Breitling Chronomat that was supposed to be new that came with scratches all over the crystal and they swapped the rubber band on my watch to a band that was not what I was supposed to receive. I was given my money back very quickly(the receipt reads all sales are final) as they knew they lied and tried to pull a fast one. They gave no apology nor a reason for what happened etc.. just a quick refund and out the door I went.

Be VERY careful as to what condition your watch is in. Have them put in writing that it is new and don't assume your watch is new! Put the watch under a magnifier or scope when you get it home and look for imperfections. I highly recommend you trust no one here, I sure don't after this experience. There are plenty of Breitling dealers willing to make deals off of list price out there that are selling NEW watches and not damaged as this outlet store did.

We bought our bus tickets online the day before we were going to Woodbury. We picked up the tickets in morning before we were going. It took about one hour to go there from New York.

It feels like you are walking around in a little city (With only stores).
There are so many different stores and a big food hall.
Normally I hate to go shopping on my vacations, but I think this is a good way to do it. There were almost no people here and you can make some good deals on the more expensive brands. Especially if you compares it to prices in Denmark.
I bought clothes and shoes from Calvin Klein, Hilfiger, Diesel and Adidas.

I will recommend you to go here if you will do some cheap shopping where it is not totally crowded.
You should remember to go into the information and get a voucher with all the discounts and you can also take it on the phone.

It’s good to see people supporting the economy and spending the unemployment checks lol. Most popular stores mainly athletic wear and luxury brands have at least an hour wait on line. Nike, lululemon, Prada, Gucci, Dolce and Balanciaga.
I like the shake shack burgers and the Columbia clothing store. Nice staff at Nike store, thank you!!!

We have been to Woodbury a few times now, the last time was about 9 years ago. It has been developed, there are loads of shops, it's clean, tidy, welcoming and a great day out. We hired a car from the city so we could explore some more which was great as we could take the shopping back to the car at regular intervals!!!

The drive from Philadelphia to Central Valley wasn’t bad at all.
Located in Orange County.
A lot of highways.
The mountain views are breathtaking.

We didn’t have an issue parking.
People were wearing their mask inside the stores.
Tons of stores (designer also)
Tax on footwear 8.12%
Tax on clothing about 4.25%
Nice people
Very nice holiday decor
Wear sneakers—-a-lot of walking
Loved it!
It’s cold up there. Bundle up!

A great day on many levels.

We live in Northern NJ and I have always wanted to go but never have.

With it being a gorgeous Sunday and low humidity, my daughter and I took the hour drive to the WBC.

Parking is hard to find. We wound up paying the $10 to park in a cornered off section and it was worth every penny. It was right near the Ralph Lauren Outlet, for reference.

We had lunch at Parm (writing a review following this one) and loved the food and the outdoor seating.

Spent the next several hours walking around, visiting stores, people watching and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

It is a clean, spacious, enjoyable time to spend an afternoon or a long weekend.

There’s something for everyone. We will be back during the holiday season to enjoy the sights and sounds.

Spent hours in the bus, super exited after reading good reviews online, only to return back with one pair of socks from Tommy Hilfiger, super dissapointed, empty shopping bag. Poor quality and all in all expensive goods. We ended up doing all our shopping at TKMax in New York city in stead, where prices was half of the outlet prices, espesially Kalvin Clein and Michael Kors was priced high at the outlet. The only great place at Woodbury is a small house in the middle of the outlet where you can buy hot Apple vider with Bourbon and drown your sorrows over not finding anything to buy.
