Locally grown vegetables, innovative plates and a wonderful selection of wone and beer to sample and savor. We came upon this place by accident and are thankful we did. It was the perfect ending to our weekend in the FingerLakes. Can't eait to return.

I left feeling jealous that I didn't have this type of facility in my area. Top notch training and demonstration space, wine tasting room, upstairs bistro, space for banquets and weddings, walking distance to the lake. What more could you want. Stop by if you are in the area. Take a class if you are there for a while.

We have had dinner at the Culinary Center 2 times. Each time was very good. I like the local foods and New York State offerings which included everything from scallops from New York to the many fine wines New York has to offer. Especially enjoyed the wine "flight" option. Alex our recent waitress was a real gem. Visited 8/19/16

My husband and I took the evening secrets of grilling class with chef Patrick. We learned new tricks of the trade, made new friends, prepared a feast in first class facilities, and had one of the best dinners of our week long vacation! Thanks and we hope to visit again.

What a gem in the town in Canandaigua! Very impressive building with a wide variety of classes and tastings. Upstairs is the Bistro with an wide variety of wines/beers and food all sourced locally. I would highly recommend a visit!

We had a party of 9 adults for dinner last night and we will not be returning. The server was unhelpful and argumentative from the very beginning. It went down hill from there with her making mistake after mistake; first bringing the wrong bottle of wine, then the wrong salad, finally the wrong dinner entree. We were given only two... More

On a day trip around Lake Canandaigua one of our party expressed interest in visiting the New York Wine & Culinary Center at the northern tip of the lake. Some of us were less than enthusiastic, expecting to see a modest shop selling local wines, etc. The unbelievers were quickly converted when we spotted the Center. With ample parking and... More

Visiting our son in Rochester and lovers of wine but having only a day to tour, we decided to visit the NY Wine & Culinary Center rather than picking out a Finger Lake Winery or two. We figured this would offer us a chance to taste various Finger Lake wines and we were not disappointed at all. Stepped up to... More

My husband and I took the Pub Classics cooking class at the Culinary Center. There were three couples that each made a dish that was served family style, plus the chef made two other dishes. There was a ton of food to go around, plus extra to take home. It was also pretty easy to make and delicious. You get... More

We have been to dinner here twice along with some wine tasting. We really enjoyed it. The food was wonderful. We look forward to going back again and taking some classes.
