We savored lunch here during our Crush Wine Tour with a small group of 5. The service was great, menu was small, but detailed. I ordered a Basil Mint Pesto Pizza which was cooked to perfection. I paired it with a balanced white wine from Heron Hill Winery. The interior was clean, modern, great lines, open space. Inside included not... More

I went with my wife and inlaws to the Fingerlakes for a three day weekend vacation to help celebrate their wedding anniversary. All in all, if you are in Canadigua or even close by, you'll have to check this place out. The facilities here are impressive. I've toured the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, and this place... More

The entire theme of the culinary and wine center is to showcase and serve New York State products and food. There is of course an extensive list of NY wines; local craft beers; produce either grown on site or from local farms; and entrees using NY cheeses. There is a nice variety of entrees to choose from, the food is... More

We stopped for lunch up on the patio deck with view of the lake. The food was even better than the view. A bonus was learning about all the culinary courses available here. Girl friend's getaway coming up!!

We love the New York State Wine & Culinary Center - taken many of their cooking classes - every one of them was fun and educational. We also been to several of the winemaker dinners - also fun. The place is now an important part of our community - makes life in Canandaigua even better. We take all of our... More

Truly mediocre in every way. Slow service. Uninteresting selections. Generally average to just not good. I grew up in a restaurant family and dine out often. This trip was so disappointing in every way.

By chance we were recommended by a Sales associate in Victor, N.Y so off we went. 4 of us so we tried 4 different dishes, the pork belly (first time, still trying to adapt the taste), Soup of the day, excellent, house smoked BBQ Pork very tasty, Bistro Burger lots of beef and the Harvest Pizza delicious. Very pleasant servers... More

My husband and I had a great time with Joanna doing a wine and spirits tasting. Lots of laughs. Looking forward to booking a cooking class.

Located with a great view of Canandaigua Lake, this is a culinary school and a restaurant. You can learn cooking techniques from a master chef and have dinner with wine pairings. These are expensive but fun. The restaurant is a little pretentious but you can work around it. We arrived around 5:00 on a Friday and requested a seat on... More
