We stopped in to do a chocolate pairing on the weekend. It was packed and some folks had dogs with them, which meant it was difficult to navigate between the people, animals and merchandise. Their terrace was also hot with the sun facing us and...More

We're saddened to hear that your visit to our tasting room was less than favorable. It's true, our tasting room isn't huge; we're a small boutique winery. It can become quite crowded, especially on the weekends with Saturday being our busiest day of the week...More

If you are a red wine fan, it can be difficult to find good reds on The Finger Lakes. The staff here can help find the right tasting. Be sure to taste some whites, too. I visited late in the afternoon, so everyone was tired,...More

We appreciate the wonderful review. Thank so much! I always find that I love receiving recommendations from other tasters and other winery staff as well when I tour. Great advice!

I don't know where to begin...This was our first trip with our friends to the Finger Lakes. We are originally from California were the dry reds are bold. Damiani Winery wins the 'best' in everything in my book! We were greeted with a smile and...More

Damiani's is one of the must stops on the Seneca Lake wine trail for people who like dry wines. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in matching your tastes with the perfect wine. They specialize in both red and white dry wines as...More

Damiani specializes in dry reds, a rarity in the Finger Lakes. I did the wine and chocolate tasting, totally worth the extra money. Chocolates are locally made. I love how wine changes the way food tastes and vice versa. I'm not usually a dry red...More

Hi Amy, Thanks so much! Glad you enjoyed your visit with us! If you're ever in the area on a Saturday try to stop in. Our chocolatier Christian is here almost every Saturday with samples of all 12 of his different chocolates. Thanks again! Hope...More

The winery itself isn't associated with the 'official' wine trail, so it's nice in the sense that they avoid as much of a crowd as other places might - they rely more on recommendations/word of mouth. It seemed to keep the bachelorette party crowd at...More

Have always enjoyed visiting Damiani as they do have some very tasty wines. Unfortunately had a bad experience- arrived at the winery at 4:50 pm on a Saturday and was turned away for a tasting as they closed at 5pm. Have never had that happen...More

They have great wines. They also are affiliated with an amazing line of chocolates, which you can try if you do the wine/chocolate pairing. I've always had friendly service there, and I always buy something after tasting.
