Wonderful place for meditation walk jogging or just the strolling with children and family members. Park is in pristine condition walking and running trails are in top shape people who are participating in a very respectful and observing the social distancing wearing the masks and being polite to each other. You could see families with small kids having them in strollers , teenagers riding their bikes as well the older generation exercising in form of biking walking fast walking. Others are trying to fish of coarse just trying to not doing it seriously taking pictures of hearings swans ducks geese is and even the fishes in the lake. It’s hard to believe that we are just 15 minutes from Manhattan and we are in search of enclave of pure nature of its best form form. Very important is as well the wonderful behavior and manners of everybody participating

It is hard to believe that you are so close to the New York City line when you are in this magnificent park. We love to go bird-watching here, it is a mecca for all sorts of wildlife. Lovely trail around the large lake. The trails are acceptable for mountain bikes since they are also used by the two horse stables in the park. Take your binoculars and especially look out for the waterfowl.

I always come back when I visit New York and go to all my favourite haunts to little Bronxville. It's my favourite town in Westchester. This park is really peacefull just like the town.

Not worth the drive because of the ticks and mosquitoes! Keep going and head to another place in beautiful Westchester or CT.

OK to walk, better on horseback but you cannot stop. A nice place in lower Westchester for recreation and nature. There's a wetland sanctuary not far.
