First, let me say, we are big fans of the Hard Rock. All our vacations are based on where a Hard Rock Resort is located. With that being said, 3 of us ladies, all in our 60's, visited the Hard Rock Cafe - Yankee Stadium on October 17, 2019. We had no issues on that visit. However, we went back on October 18, 2019 and have never experienced such rudeness from a manager. We were approached by the manager saying we've extended our stay at the table. We were told by him that we were there for 2 hours and 17 minutes and that we needed to leave and go to the bar area. We asked if there was room at the bar and he said "no"--you would have to stand. We said, first of all, we are not standing and 2nd...we are waiting for our drink order to arrive. We all three ate during that time frame and were on our 3rd round of drinks. The waiter also approached us and said he was asked by the manager as to why we were still at the table. He replied saying because they are still ordering. Our bill at that time was over $200.00 not to mention we spent the same amount the previous day. This is very poor customer service by the manager on duty that day. I know this is not the level of service that Hard Rock offers.

After a nice walk through the Bronx we got to the home of the Bronx bombers Everything was really clean The Hard Rock Cafe was a nice place for us to eat and watch baseball games. The food quality is superb!!!!!! Burger (for dad) and Hot-Dog (for daughter) looked and tasted brilliant. Also free refills for kids are included. Price of food is moderate and the quality is outstanding. The staff is friendly, quick and reliable. Thanks! We will return at our next visit for sure!

We always combine our trip to Yankee stadium with lunch at Hard Rock. Noisy, chaotic and fun. The burgers are unusual and huge. I’m a vegetarian and they have reintroduced a quinoa black bean burger that is great. A nice opportunity to pick up one of the collectible pins. A tip, if you join their online website you can get a free birthday entree with a full price entree.

When you go to this particular Hard Rock Cafe during a Yankees’ game, all the TVs in the restaurant (and there are plenty) will be broadcasting the game. And why not—the restaurant is part of Yankee Stadium complex. That said, as a restaurant, the service was excellent and the food was good—the burger I had and the wings were great, as was the local beer selection. I wouldn’t hesitate to eat here again.

We had lunch here after our Yankee Stadium tour. The restaurant wasn't real busy, but the server didn't seem to have it all together. It took sometime to get our food and drinks. It was expensive for the amount and quality of food your receive.
