I came to Wave Hill in early December of 2020. People wore masks here during the coronavirus pandemic, which I thought was definitely an asset. There was free admission on Thursday, so I was really impressed with that price factor. There was free parallel parking on the street just a five (5) minute walk from the garden. I liked the hiking trails and the outdoor gardens. There were good views of the Palisades in New Jersey and the George Washington Bridge. Please be careful where you step as I thought that some of the surfaces can be difficult to walk.

Great place to relax and do nothing. Appropriate for all age groups, friends, family, etc... Small but nice. Not a lot to see but very restful, peaceful and just great place to stop and smell the flowers. There us a nature walk. This is small but through the woods. So, be careful. There are bathrooms to use and a very small cafe. The have pre-packaged meals. They are good. Some drinks and snacks. If you have nothing to do, it's worth a look.

Wave Hill just reopened the grounds. All buildings are closed but it's a lovely spot to walk around. There are woodland trails, gardens and beautiful waver views. Looking forward to returning when everything is open.

We have a 10 Year old, a 4 year old and a 2 year old. I loved the arts and crafts activities they had for kids, the boys loved the book reading, the park was nicely taken care of, they have these trails that made the boys feel in an aventure.
