The outdoor story garden, with mailboxes of books and book nooks for reading, is a true pleasure in the summer months. Even in the winter, though, this place is worth a visit. I can't imagine using the indoor space better. There is everything from an art studio to a dentist's office, a tree house to an ambulance, a pirate ship... More

We have a family membership to The Discovery Center and it is well worth it! Love to take the children there, always so much to do. Very clean and well-run. New exhibits all the time, yet some wonderful standard ones (the children love the kitchen!)

We stopped here specifically for the Storybook Garden. As a preschool teacher I am fascinated at how well done this is. I'ts clean and bright, and well maintained, and highly educational. I can't wait to go back!! I just wish the discovery center had been open a little later so we could've seen in there, too.

Kids loved it. Bubble machine and supermarket was a hit. Fire engine was not working when we visited but still kids had fun. Take time to go outside and enjoy the story garden. Bring a lunch or snack to enjoy in the garden.

Our kids loved the discovery center where they had a lot of fun hands on activity to do. They especially enjoyed the bubble activity as well as the areas where they got to play pretend. Outdoors in their garden/ whimsical playground was also a fun place for them. 2 hours in the center is enough time to explore and enjoy... More

Took two Grandchildren and their mom there. So much to do. Tons of fun. Great playground outside as well with cute interactive things. Would go again.

The discovery center has always been fun from when I was a child to now, when I bring my own children. They've expanded a ton on the outside and inside. Well worth visiting.

My husband and I took our 1.5 year old here on a weekday in May. It's a very cute place for some educational pretend play. The museum is divided into many areas, such as a grocery store, a dentist office, fire truck, and a bank. There is a lot of information in each area for older kids to read as... More

Please come and visit on a Monday when schools are in session. During the school year, we are open on Mondays from 10-3 for toddlers only (birth- Pre-K) but open to all on School holidays. During the spring we experience a high rate of school visitation. Come after 2pm when the school groups have returned to their campuses. Hope to... More

Discovery Center offers learning fun for children. The hands-on exhibits teach them about local businesses, bees, and experiments. Great way for your child to spend the day.

My daughter and I took her two boys, ages 3-1/2 and almost 2 years to The Discovery Center yesterday. The price is the same whether a child or an adult who is along for the fun. The boys had a great time. Their favorite parts were the fire truck and the ambulance. There were many things to do, but I... More
