The beach is small but clean , boats and paddle boats available and plenty of space to spread out and cook or picnic.

Came here on a crisp, fall Sunday afternoon with my friends. What a wonderful view. I especially loved the vibrant colors of the changing leaves. A couple of my friends rolled down the hill and we took a few pictures. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Have been going to this park since my daughter was little (20 years). There is a roped off swimming area, picnic tables, grassy area to play Frisbee or ball, paddleboats, and access for canoeing or kayaking. There is a small fee if using during the...More

We went to Lake Superior on a warm day with the kids. The lake was refreshing enough but the majority of the "beach" is actually green grass. It gets really crowded too. But they offer clean bathrooms and reasonably priced snacks which makes life easy.

My daughters and I were looking for a beach close to the resort we were staying at and found that this was only 15 minutes away. Beautiful grassy hill leading down to a small, clean beach. The beach wasn't actually open yet, but the park...More

Did not stay long here as it was closed for the season. Wanted to use the washroom but even the Portaloo was locked!

We were looking for a place to picnic and headed for Lake Superior. Upon arrival, it was so crowded, there wasn't even a parking space (on a Sunday). We drove another few feet and low and behold, there was another park, with free parking (as...More

Not much to do here, so if all you wish to do is lay back and watch a small lake, this is your spot! Limited facilities in my opinion, as it is a small park.
