We went here because our 8 year old grandson likes dinosaurs. I think it was pricey for what you see. The gift shop isn't cheap like people are saying. It's medium to high, mostly high. The staff is really sweet.

If you visit Tucumcari, this is a museum you must visit. It is interesting and not so long that it becomes boring. Also a wonderful gift shop with a huge variety of gifts.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Impressive collection of dinosaur fossils. Displays were very interesting and interactive. Clean restrooms. Clean facility. The outside of the building is very unassuming but once we went inside we were very impressed by the museum.
