Nice surfaced beach with new sand, no ferries or boats allowed into the bay. Well served and the entire beach surrounded by some good restaurants and shops. There's public loos, changing facilities half way round at £0.60 Lovely walk along coastal walkway with no traffic from Puerto Rico approx 1km, or catch a bus if your not based in the... More

You must visit this beach wherever your staying in Gran Canaria. Take the ferry or drive there, you will not be disappointed.

This beach is one of the best on Gran Canaria, it has soft light sand that is pleasant to walk on. The sea is cordoned off so you cannot swim out too far and is child friendly. There are adequate sunbeds that cover the perimeter of the beach and adjacent to the beach is an array of shops, bars and... More

Lovely beach sandy protected by large stone wall to create a safe bay. Plenty of free parking with a really good selection of restaurants and shops.

I think this must be the best beach in Gran Canarias. It is very well made with a stunning walk from Puerto Rico along the coast.

Beautiful white beach and clear blue waters, the water appears to be a lot cleaner than the Puerto Rico beach. It's about a mile in walking distance from Puerto Rico but once there there are plenty of shops and eateries, well worth the visit.

On a recent trip to Taurito we went to Amadores beach on three days and found it to be spotlessly clean and an ideal beach for swimming or entertaining family on. The back of the beach is full of shops bars and restaurants all offering a competitive price and local fare.
