Not sure how is it in a good water year. It was a fair amount of work. Based on the other 6 whitewater rafting trip I did, typically you would float some, go through a drop, repeat. Here we were dodging rocks most of the...More

This is an easy float. The scenery is nice. Take your children. But this is not the same as doing the Taos Box which is a real challenge.

Had a great time on the racecourse. Guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. He led us thru some good rapids and we had the opportunity to rescue another set of rafters who tipped their raft.

We have a house in Angel Fire, NM. We always take our company to ride the Racecourse on the River. Easy floating, a few rapids....depends on how much water in the river. Water can be cold in May/June but still lot of fun!

Loved white water rafting. Water wasn't too high, but enough to give us a thrill. The guide was very knowledgeable of the history of the area and current events.

Fun excursion with the kids. Rapids were not a big as we wanted, but it was our first time so we didn't know what to expect. Glad we did it.
