A fully functioning radio station and restaurant & bar that runs on solar power. A great place to visit especially if they are hosting live music! Highly recommend!

Went to the Solar Center for an evening meal. Food and service was outstanding. Viewed the sunset from the outside patio.

First the good - the food was fine. Then the other side - the "tent" venue was dark, drafty (I ate with my jacket on, shivering), and unacceptable for the event we attended. The servers were wonderful even considering having to serve in awful circumstances....More

The Solar Center is a great, clean, family friendly place to eat! It not only is a bar with great food, it also has live music on the weekends AND is a radio station. Pretty cool eclectic place!

Wednesday night. Here for friend birthday (the 35th time he celebrated 39). Nominally two-step, but only the birthday boy is two-stepping. Just about everything on the dance floor including one young couple tango. Quite well, too. Music as both good beat and good tunes.
