For all vintage car and truck enthusiasts the Route 66 Museum is the place to visit. They also have a boutique where you can pick up a lot of fun mementos. Seeing all these old vehicles, at least for those of us who remember them...More

The website says they close at 6pm. We got there very excited after a long trip. It was barely 4:30pm and it was close. We weren't the only tourists left disappointed. I guess we should've called ahead or the owners need to get their times...More

The Route 66 Auto Museum in Santa Rosa, New Mexico, USA, is the best classic car museum I’ve ever been to! There’s a $10 charge to enter (and a stern warning not to touch any of the cars unless you’re planning on buying them!), but...More

The good old days, a walk down memory lane. Really nice cars and memorabilia. Easy on and off the Interstate, and enough room to park a semi.

Great stop off place on Route 66, it cost $5 each to walk round a place with some amazing cars and memorabilia from the past. It has a little cafe, snack and gift shop. I would highly recommend a stop here!

Listed as an Auto Museum in the brochure and on the building but inside it looked more like a consignment lot for vintage vehicles. It was good use of a warehouse. Taking photos was tricky with the sale signs on the windshield. Parking is spacious....More

I got there a little late, so I didn't get to spend as much time as I wanted to. I was caught off guard, as I thought the sign said "free" museum... not so, but it was worth the $5.00 admission price

Yes, we were there two weeks ago while traveling Route 66, and it’s still open. It’s not a big museum, but well worth the stop if you’re interested in classic cars.
