Wonderful exhibits of the American West. Firearms, wagons and personal effects of early visitors to NM are on display. Well worth a couple of hours.

It takes about an hour and a half to tour the museum. A very nice collection of Indian arts as well as historic guns, saddles, stagecoach, buggies and even a Conestoga wagon. $5 for seniors. They have an area where children can have a hands...More

If you are a horse person, you will enjoy this museum with its many carriages, saddles and equipment. Otherwise save the $7 admission and see the amazing horse statues on the grounds for free and take some photos.
