About
Buddha Yoga is a Ruidoso New Mexico Yoga Studio & School dedicated to yoga instruction and education with open classes a week - welcoming beginners through experienced students. Styles include: Flow, Gentle Hatha, Yin, Senior Ladies, Chair, Deep & Fascial Stretch, beginning Ashtanga and specialized therapeutic classes: Healthy Back and Restorative Yoga. The studio has no interruptions of a gym/spa - helping students to focus on a calming yoga practice and meditation. Our goal is to help students to cultivate physical, mental and spiritual harmony and well-being through adaptive sequences modified to individual needs. Buddha Yoga is a registered Yoga Alliance (YA) facility with E-RYT and RYT class instructors. RYT200 Yoga Teacher Training and Certification is held every May - October. I attended five yoga classes while visiting. Bill, (the instructor) and the other students were all welcoming and made the classes very comfortable. Bill provides a very nice flow class for students with some basic knowledge of yoga poses.

I was visiting relatives and we went to an afternoon yoga class. It's a lovely studio, and the teacher and students were very friendly and helpful.
