Best collection of rattlesnakes I’ve ever seen and better than any zoo I’ve been in. That said this is largely a herpetologists collection of stuff mainly of interest to other herp folks. Apart from a great garden of native plants, the museum suffers from what...More

Lauretta, Glad you stopped in the museum. We feel that our place deserves 5 stars, but sorry you didn't. We try very hard to be clean, attentive and special. This area draws lots of people into natural history, birds and native american culture. We have...More

A wonderful little herpetology museum, with live rattlers and an awesome gift shop. Great stop for anyone interested in, or just afraid of, snakes.

We spent a couple hours here checking out all the beautiful rattlesnakes + the large lovely gift shop. Also, there is a small museum for Native American artifacts with some gorgeous early pottery.

Absolutely amazing Place. Between the incredible Museum and the Geronimo Center I was completely floored. The breath of Museum exhibits are almost beyond belief! The inside animal habitats are very well done, far beyond what I've seen in most zoos. And the outdoor areas with...More
