This place is very eclectic - you are stepping back in time (1950’s). Private tubs - no swimsuit required but be careful with the “hot” water ranges from 154-180 degrees and comes out hot and fast but you can mix cold with it. Soak 25...More

This bath house is a must visit when in New Mexico. New improved bath facilities allow for private soak in the baths. I also enjoyed the best massage for an hour. The massage therapist got all my tense spots. Wonderful! Property is in such a...More

It's got a few raw edges, but a soak, followed by a wrap (skip the "herbal" extra on this wrap--there's nothing herbal about it besides a spritz of mist), followed by a massage (ask for Sheree) is worth it. It's just undergone a roof renovation,...More

The mineral baths are very relaxing and authentic; healing waters from beneath the earth. I don't recommend a massage, however. I'be been disappointed with every massage I've had there and my friend was disappointed, too.

Big tubs of 'fresh from the ground' water? Check. Thoughtful solid massages? Check. Low prices/Big value? Check and Check. Bonus points for the pie from the local dinner next to the motel.

Unlike its next-door neighbor, Jemez Springs Bath House offers individual bathing in no-frills indoor tubs filled with one’s chosen mix of hot and cold mineral water. Apparently the cold water is also mineral water that has been cooled overnight, so one gets to bathe in...More

Stepping back in time, one finds themselves in the 1930s at the Jemez Springs Bath House. Friendly staff, interesting shopping and hot, stinky water loaded with minerals and good chemicals. Not a place for romance, as the tubs are individual. Looking for a really good,...More
