Beautiful Fun Course

A beautiful course! Great for golfers of all skills. Fairways are gorgeous and even the ruff is a pleasure to hit out of. The greens were in good shape as well.

Really enjoyed our trip to Piñon Hills GC. Beautiful setting, challenging course with numerous tee set ups. Women's tees worked well for my wife who is a straight hitter but not a long hitter. I played the blues and was challenged with longer second shots. If you you would rather have short second shots the whites are on average 25... More

We were told about it on a trip to SW Colorado, we tried it & were really amazed. We have played it many times over the last 20 yrs., Always well maintained, great desert views & several tees for your handicap. We are 12 & 18 handicaps & have played golf all over the US and Pinon Hills is in... More

This is one of the top courses in the Southwest. It has a desert like beauty in it's rolling hills, gullies, and flora and fauna. My father not long after it opened visited from Michigan mainly to play this course. He was a good golfer, but was amazed at how a challenge this course was to play. But, he played... More

The best public golf course in New Mexico, and southern Colorado. Shouldn't miss it. The locals really pushed us to move along but our joy of the course caused us to take our time and enjoy this excellent golf course.

This may be the 6th time I have played the course and it is never disappointing. Beautiful views, challenging holes and a great track for the above average golfer. Even if you do not play well you will appreciate the meticulous upkeep of this course and the nice layout!

Wow, this course is the toughest course I have ever played. And thank goodness a local was with us because you can get lost! I highly recommend this course, but forget it if you are a beginner. You have to hit your ball over big gullies and if you don't have alot of distance in the air, you are screwed!

Deserves it's ranking among New Mexico's best. TOUGH! Great Hole variety. Superb conditions when I played it. Very reasonable cost. If any issue ... access is mediocre @ best.

Great Links Course in the desert. very difficult but an amazing time. Good course to get out in the fall when it is cooler. The proshop was just a little place but had the essentials.

This is truly a world class venue that has held up over the last 20 years. Once rated in the top 5 Municipal courses in the country, it is still an amazing bargain. The only drawback the past few years is that the maintenance of the course isn't what it once was (pristine to just good). The greens seem to... More
