As a local, I should be ashamed of myself for keeping this place a secret. This is one of the best attractions Clovis has to offer. Take a walk down memory lane. Wishing I had a poodle skirt and saddle shoes when I left.

A pleasure to visit. Cost was five dollars per person. If you would like to visit a piece of rock and roll history, this is a place for you.

We had been to the Buddy Holly attractions in Lubbock (which are also very good), and decided to stop off in Clovis. It is a very good selection and insight to this era of Music, especially from the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Across the road is bric-a-brac shop run by a cousin of Kenny Rogers. You... More

Found this little gem on trip advisor app. Wow! This was so worth the stop in clovis. You get a little piece of music history. The museum had so many neat things to see and even a set up of a music studio from back in the day. If you ever stop or drive through clovis definately stop to learn... More

Days open are Monday through Friday. We were there on a holiday Monday and the place was closed. Visiting shouldn't be this hard.

Neat museum. Great place for people visiting Clovis to see. I always recommend it. Hours are a bit odd.

It's not well known the influence Clovis had on music. This museum is a great tribute to a grand age!

The Norm and Vi museum is fun, but probably not worth the trouble of going to Clovis. If you are going to be in town to see the Norm Petty Studios or are going to be driving through the area for some other reason the museum has some interesting displays. It is definitely geared toward people who are ardent (rather... More

Sure, you´ll find Buddy Holly Center in Lubbock, Texas, but if you want the true story about this legendary musician you have to go to Clovis, two hours north across New Mexico stateline. Norman and Vi Petty Rock & Roll Museum downtown and Norman Pettys Recording Studio a couple of minutes away. We came there thanks to contact with Clovis... More
