We spent some time touring the winery, but the highlight was the tasting. We were given two whites and two reds, all of which were quite good. We were also given cheese, olives and toast. The setting is very pleasant and relaxing. It is well worth a stop.

A good winery with very respectable wines. The tasting session was accompanied by tasty local snacks. The prices are reasonable but not necessarily cheap.

We had been looking forward to this visit and it didn't disappoint. Our host, the owner, was very welcoming and gave an interesting introduction and then a tasting tour of his products. We had enjoyed Albanian wine elsewhere but these were even better. The home cured olives, local feta cheese and bread were a delicious accompaniment to the rather generous... More

Our plans in Berat were thwarted by rain. So we less than enthusiastically agreed to go for "just another winery tour." Oh, so very wrong! We were greeted by the owner, who gave the short tour. He also gave his family's history of wine making, from his grandfather to his and his brother's decision to go forward with making the... More

Great possibility to taste interesting local wines. You can visit the cellar and learn a lot about Albanian traditional and innovative grapes and wines. They speak Italian. Prices (compared to life cost in Albania) are "Italian" but quality of the wines is very high! It deserves a visit!

The wine definitely was very good, but I agree with the previous comments. It is quite expensive. They have no price in LEK only in EUR, so when they changed the EUR to LEK, they used the higher rate of course... It is possible to pay by card though, which is very unique in Albania... I would recommend visiting the... More

The tour was very short (5min), we tasted 5 great wines and raki, and english guide was present. I think we were lucking because it was the granddaughter. However, we were charged 14euro's or 1950 lek per person, which is comparable to two or three diners including wine and deserts, thus rather expensive. Make sure you realise this before traveling... IT was Nice to go there and taste the different wines. Also the environment was very cosy. However, 14€ for a few wines (but with a lot of cheese) was a bit expensive.

Even if you are not really into wine tasting, this is a cute place for a break. The owner sets up guests in the garden under the shade of several trees to sample some wines with cheese, bread and olives. Those that drink wine told is that it was very good. We were happy with water and sitting in the... More

My family and I regularly stop by and buy a bottle or two when in Berat. The white wine is the best and makes an excellent pairing with the local caught fish nearby in Vlore or Durress.
