We spent two days on individualized tours run by Usef and Silvi and enjoyed every minute. The first day, they took us on a beautiful hike through vineyard, orchards, farmland and hillsides, ending at a local family winery where we met the owner, tasted the wine and raki, along with fresh figs, cheese, olives and walnuts from a nearby tree. We finished with a spectacular lunch at a restaurant run by the vineyard owner’s brother. The next day, Silvi took us to a waterfall, canyon and village and shared the places’ histories and his own appreciation of them. Both Usef and Silvi are smart, thoughtful and attentive young men, a true pleasure to spend time with. We could not have been happier with our tours!
