Don’t bother.

I visited with 2 friends and the three of us asked for a scrub and a massage.
The scrub was extremely rushed and was not relaxing at all. The therapists actually took our clothes off when we weren’t undressing fast enough. They they literally slapped the liquid onto us- there was no scrubbing involved, wrapped us up in plastic and left us for 45 mins. We then had scorching hot showers and were taken into a different room for massages. One of the therapists took a phone call during the massage. One of my friends had to ask their therapist to stop looking at their phone. As we were all in the same room, our therapists were talking constantly to each other. Considering this is not a “cheap” massage place, it was way over priced for what we received. We asked to speak to the manager and were told that there was no manager present at that time. After 30 minutes of negotiating with a manager over the phone, we got a refund on the price of the scrub. Save your time and money and find somewhere else.

Could have been better
Jan 2020
We stayed at the resort nearby so we thought we'd go in for the Mudbath which also includes some time in the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The staff didn't even greet us when we walked in. She just pointed at the menu (didn't even smile). We should have turned around right there. We booked the 90 minute mud bath anyway. They pushed us thru the different stations like sheep. The spa does not have a relaxing vibe at all. We felt like we were just going thru the motions. I would recommend searching out some better rated spas.

Better options elsewhere
Nov 2019 • Couples
We visited here pretty much as soon as we arrived on Phu Quoc island and before we had our bearings. The price of a massage is more than double some of the other local places on the beach and along the road nearby, and it wasn’t worth the extra money. The massage was ok, but the main issue I had is that it didn’t appear to be very clean. The floors in the massage rooms needed a sweep and through the hole in the massage table I could see what was supposed to be a pretty bowl of flowers as a focal point, but it was dusty and had hairs in. There was also a plastic wrapper on the floor. The towels didn’t feel very fresh either. There are better options elsewhere in the local area in my opinion.

The best thai massage we've ever had
Nov 2019 • Couples
This was truly the best thai massage we've had when travelling in Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Definitely worth the money (prices are 1 time higher than on the streets) - clean sheets, intimate room, etc. A four * due to reception staff being unprofessional and uncapable.

Not great, not terrible
Sep 2019 • Friends
My friends and i didnt quite enjoy the whole package. Mud spa is abit too hot. Probably because we went at wrong timing and weather is very hot too. Don't really understand the purpose of The foot and body hydro, its basically just water spraying at ur feet and body. Jacuzzi was by far the best.

Fun and mud and sand and coconuts
Aug 2019 • Friends
What a fun way to spend 90 minutes. Superfine warm mud pours over you into a pool big enough for four.
It dries to a crisp in the sun. Rinses off in a shower then foot massage spa jets and running the gauntlet through sideways jets and a swimming pool... with a fresh coconut brought to the edge of the pool while we swam away the day and chatted.
Amazing fun. Get there early for personalized service without the crowds. (1030am was fine)

What a great surprise in Phu Quoc!
Jun 2019 • Family
We passed by this place and decided to go the next day. This was a very pleasant mud bath experience. The mud baths are in a garden and very relaxing to sit out there. Each tub is quite large and is good for around 4-6 people. There are a series of stations to go through (including a Jacuzzi), but the mud bath is the highlight. Unlike Tam Bun in Nha Trang, Galena Mud Bath is not crowded at all, hence it is very relaxing.

So so mudbath
May 2019 • Couples
I think the mudbath is just so so. There are many bathtub but they arrange us next to another group of Ppl. We have 2 ppl alone but another group has 6 ppl which is very noisy and keep looking at us. I don’t understand why they don’t spearate the guest into different zone to have more privacy. After the mudbath, we need to share the jacuzzi with the other ppl as well. The mud itself is good but the environment is not that decent.

Pretty good massage!
May 2019 • Couples
We had Vietnamese massage and can say that we truly enjoyed it: perfectly strong and overall really good. Masters are really good and massage was excellent, even better than we had in good massage salons previously.
Pricing is moderate.
So my recommendations as good massage place!

Unwelcoming & Unhygienic : Never Again
Apr 2019 • Couples
DATE : Thursday 7 March 2019, 18:15

My wife & I were staying at the Salinda Resort next door and had already enjoyed their spa, so we thought we'd try out Galina Spa to compare. We had popped in the previous day to get a price list and the receptionist assured us we could show up any time. Their website seemed to give a good impression.

COST : We paid 1,100,000 VND for two Vietnamese Massages (550,000 VND each)

RECEPTION : After paying, we sat in the reception and waited. The receptionist said nothing about how long we would have to wait (we had to prompt her). We honestly wondered if this were an elaborate scam and began to worry that no-one was ever going to show up. Eventually, after about 10 to 15 minutes, two masseuses appeared and we followed them up to a room the 1st floor. The spa itself did not look not busy.

MASSAGE SESSION : the massage treatment itself was OK but unremarkable; however, what spoiled the evening were the following points :
- the masseuses did not leave the room so we could get changed; they just stood there, watched and waited
- the masseuses did not dim the lights; they left them full on for the whole session
- when the session started my masseuse started chatting to someone on her mobile phone; she then continued to chat with the other masseuse
- after about 10 minutes, my masseuse left and another took over
- at the end of our session, the masseuses did not change any of the linen and towels that they'd used; they simply refolded them, ready for the next customer !

SUMMARY : having visited a good number of spas in other countries over the years, we can say this was certainly *not* a high-end relaxing spa experience; this felt more like an over-priced "cheap" massage parlour. We will remember this place as somewhere *never* to revisit or recommend.
