Its our first time to come here, and I must say it looks bigger on the inside. There were so many shops, I didn't expect it to be really big, I thought it only have a few shops. Its almost like SM's malls. There are so many restaurants to choose from, If you want Asian food, to Western burgers, even Korean food as well you can find here. There are few Coffee shops to choose from. If you need anything, I think you can find here.

Harbor Point inside Subic Freeport is one of the best Ayala Malls in the country. It is safe, clean, and spacious with parking and shopping amenities especially for ARC members and hosts a line of fashionable buys in its many boutiques. Its design incorporates the convenience of any modern mall with nature theme at the rear side bordering the man-made creek separating Olongapo city proper from the former US Naval Base area. For one who wants to take a city break after visiting nature's wonders in Subic, this is the best place to be. Wi-fi is available depending on which store you are in. For food and dining Cocolime is recommended. The price is reasonably low and food tastes great; and for snacks there is Bread Time or Bread Talk for quality breads and pastries. For groceries, Puregold is right at the ground floor. A few meters away from Harbor Point is Royal Choice for those who wanted to buy duty free imported goods. Harbor Point has cinemas that are clean and well maintained; and a chapel at the second floor that holds regular Sunday evening Masses and first Friday Masses. The concierge are ever polite to answer any queries. Once inside, a mall visitor would not remember he is in Subic, and not Metro Manila.

This is the nearest Mall to the tourist waterfront and provides most of what one could want from downmarket cheap stalls, to high fashion Brand outlets,an extensive electronics area and a huge food court. No supermarket though - that's a pity.
It is usually quiet in the morning so that's the best time to shop in this Mall - between 10am and 11am. When lunch time approaches the Mall becomes packed with people having lunch and then it stays busy through the afternoon into the evening.
Its well worth a visit and a P80 taxi fare from the Waterfront Tourist area.

The sprawling modern mall inside Subic Freeport boasts of a variety of shops. It has a big Puregold grocery, clothes and shoes shops, electronics stores, banks, numerous restaurants and eateries. The mall serves as a hangout for many residents inside Subic as well as in nearby Olongapo City. The paid parking can accommodate hundreds of vehicles at a given time.

Who made the stupid decision to change the opening time from 10am now to 11am. The security people won't even allow you to walk around so you get massive queues at each entrance. You can get a mid morning snack to eat nothing. I am completely discusted with such poor service. SM olongapo opens at 10am. Why must you wait till 11am as a business owner I want it open early not stay open late. Many food businesses will suffer. Ayala wake up!

The best mall in Olongapo City: clean, safe/secured, variety, quality stores, plenty parking, and not crowded.
The only reason I gave it a 4 start instead of 5 is Wendy's!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away from this place. I am a big fan of Wendy's but this place is a joke... Poor service! Not even crowded but your food will be given way late. And they even forgot some of my orders! Music was obnoxiously loud!

This is one of the Ayala Malls in the country. Like the other Ayala Malls, it's not that big, but it has a good line-up of retail shops, restaurants, etc. Notwithstanding its proximity to Olongapo City, this mall is not crowded, making it a relaxing place for shopping, relaxing, strolling, and so forth. Thumbs up!

What is the total retail space at Ayala, Harbor Point mall at SBMA in Olongapo, Philippines? No website gives that figure. Thanks.

Piece of cake... Just over 300 retail stores and 500 parking spaces on 7.5 hectares of property. If you are inquiring about square footage/square meters, I can probably make an inquiry for you as I know some attorneys in Manila who might be able to call in that inquiry, but only if it's important. Why are you asking? If you haven't been there yet, it's a pretty nice place for me... I'm an Americano living here for three years now and I've owned property here since 2004 with my wife. I've been visiting here for 37 years... and I have to say that Harbor Point is convenient, well-established and is a valuable resource for me. They still have Payless Shoes (America's stores are gone in bankruptcy but this one is going to continue operations). Handyman's hardware store has a lot of nice things... the restaurants are many... and Army-Navy has a great menu with American style tacos, double cheeseburgers that blow Burger King Double Whoppers away, and they have lots of services that I use there, like really economical eye doctors. Overall, it's a great place to shop!
