I visited 'Spring' for my hens weekend with my girlfriends. They booked me a one hour body massage followed by a head massage (lulur). I opted for the deep tissue massage because I really wanted them to work on my body. The lady massaged me with just the right amount of pressure and I liked the combination of smooth handstrokes and stretching applied. The hair massage was just as good and the day beds were just so perfect for it (usually, you'd be asked to sit on a chair while they massage you). The white washed interior and deco provides for a relaxing environment which is perfect for me too. My friends and I had a lovely time at Spring, everyone's massages seemed to be consistent which I found rare. Will definitely be trying other Spring spas in the future! Love!

This is one of my all time favorite resorts ever! It is such a beautiful and amazing resort. W Hotels took the time and effort to design this hotel from ground up to be an incredible experience for their guests. When I stayed at this resort we had an ocean view room which was incredible! The room itself was very well appointed and I can't even tell you how amazing my stay was. We enjoyed an amazing breakfast, lunch, and dinner ever day at the hotel. The hotel staff was beyond exceptional. I don't want to revisit many places I have visited but this is one place I would love to re-visit.

My partner and I entered paradise when we visited Spring Bali. We both had facials and massages and everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend everyone to go there and experience a day of relaxation and rejuvenation. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you everyone.

I will not recommend this spa to anyone. Bathrooms were dirty with blood stains on the toilet seat. Had to wait as staff was using the WC. Sink was clogged (see the reddish colour water) after I informed the staff she unclogged. I booked 2 body scrubs, 1×60 mins massage, 1×90 mins massage and a yoga facial (me and my husband) the treatment room was so noisy. Therapists kept apologising to us. Maam we cannot do anything about it. When I asked if the Management was aware of this, they said yes but nothing can be done. You can hear ever footstep from the second floor of the SPA, staff talking loud and loud banging from the adjacent building. Shower area was smelly too. It looked like no one is even bother to clean this place. The Yoga Facial is a bit of a joke! I was asked to breath few times and my legs were stretched 3 times that’s the Yoga Facial. No extractions were done either. Just a scrub and a face pack. IDR 495,000 not worth at all. I can honestly say that this was the most unpleasant 3hrs of my holiday. We spent IDR 2,060,000 + Tips to the girls but wasn't relaxed at all. I couldn't wait to be finished I made a terrible mistake of booking this place. My last experience with Bodyworks was great. Never ever Spring SPA! This spa is very basic no love has given even to put up an artwork only to make money. Treatment rooms are so dull and boring. Not recommended unless you have no spa experience 😡

I booked my partner and myself in for a spa day at Spring. It was the highlight our our holiday. We each had 3 excellent treatments, facial, massage and body scrubs I cannot recommend Made and Sari enough! Reception staff also deserve a mention as they were all very friendly and accommodating. Will return on future trips to Bali.

Good mani pedi. They take time to do it properly but the place seems a bit dated and the overall experience isn’t so relaxing as the environment isn’t super clean or quiet. That said, my nails look great.

Hi I wrote a bad review for spring in Seminyak square last week so just thought I needed to post again as we had a great massage at spring opposite the w 2 days ago. My massage was smooth and relaxing and flowed. As I said in my last review I think it’s only a small bit of extra training needed by some in the square as this is how I remember spring spa. My first time to come to Spring and It’s over my expectations. I do the pedicures and gel polishes with “Sayu”. It was a pleasant visit. Sayu was very nice and very details to my nails. She did scrub and little massage on my legs as part of the pedicure program. However, I like it so much so I decided to do Feet massage more for another 30 mins ! And my husband also do Feet reflexology for 60 mins. He is also happy with his masseur. Thank you Sayu ! You made me like Spring so much. I’ll surely coming back again.

So massage I do in Canggu, master Milley - she is the best and she really have a gift. I really have addiction From her deep tissiyu massage!!!! She really amazing. About manicure - Seminyak, master Prima - so nice girl. Accurate. Clean, simple manicure.

I tried to explain this to your staff but what I had to say was met with a grin and "this rule comes from management". YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE A SURCHARGE ON CARD TRANSACTIONS. This is illegal. You will also have signed this in your merchant agreement. Please look at Bank Indonesia Regulation No.11 / 11 / PBI / 2009 which states you are not permitted to add a surcharge on top of what your customer has been invoiced to pay. You are charging 3% on all card transactions and are breaking the law. My husband is an Indonesian lawyer in the commercial sector and has reported you to BI contact centre BICARA. I hope that other customers also report you until you remove your surcharge. So nothing spoiled my treatment like being charged more than I know I was supposed to be charge.
