We are a business owned and run by a professional ex-pro-surfer from Seminyak Bali, who was retired to create Bali Style Surf Lesson with his team. Our team is very careful in teaching and passionate about helping others to improve their surfing skill. We offer surfing lesson in Seminyak area for all levels. Our goal is to guide and improve your current surfing skill during your stay in Bali. We also provide a safe and professional way for you to enjoy all of surfing has to offer. We will ensure your safeties and your well being, enjoying your wonderful experience of your life time with us. We work in small groups so that our instructors can personalize their instruction to meet your specific needs and abilities. You’ll improve your surfing, faster and will have all the fun! I had one week of surf experience before having 2 lessons with Soma. In these two days he was able to really help me improve my skills and help me move from the white wash to the larger outer waves with confidence. Ik you want to begin surfing or omprove your skills I would really recommend him!

Sarah and I had 3 consecutive days of 2 hour lessons with Worsoma. Sarah as a first timer and me as not much better than that. The lessons progresses well and each of us gained confidence and ability with great speed. Worsoma was also very cool and approachable.
The set up is good - a well equipped hut on the beach with a good set of gear and sound people.
I highly recommend lessons with Worsoma if you are interested in beginning or improving. It was a really fun few days.

My girlfriend and I had a great experience with Soma and Bali Style Surf Lessons! Soma was very helpful and made sure we made the most of our time in the water and caught loads of waves. My girlfriend had never surfed before and she was standing up on her 2nd wave thanks to Soma! He also provided helpful tips and made sure we were always positioned well in the water so we could make the most of our time. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Soma is such a great surf teacher. He’s professional, calm and patient but best of all he makes you feel safe in the water.
He found the perfect break for me to learn on and pushes me to improve when he thinks I’m ready. I did a few lessons in a week and will definitely do more when I go back to Bali. Highly recommend!!

Had an amazing time surfing with Soma and Bali Style Surf Lesson! Although we were a group of total beginners, the BSSL crews provided great assistance and guidance for us to truly enjoy the waves. 10/10 would recommend for interested beginners coming to Bali.

Soma was great, I was pressed for time but ensured I got a couple waves, always calling me into the spot as the swell kept shifting. A really chilled guy. Highly recommend for a surf guide. Thanx Soma!

This was the first time surfing for me but with the help and teaching of these wonderful people I could learn the basics quickly! They are really good at explaining and they take the time and effort to help you with everything. We had one instructor per person so it felt like a private lesson. We came back the next day and learned even more! Would definitely recommend to everyone! (Especially thanks to Arta and Brown!)

Amazinggggg ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended for new beginners 🏄🏻
We had a wonderful time with Bali Style Surf Lesson.
Although we were 5 newbies with zero surfing experience, due to Mr. Krisna and Mr. Soma’s instructions, some of us could stand up on the board and surfed in the 1st trial 😝 🏄♀️ And the rest were on the 3rd.
They are professional, caring and whole-hearted to help you to catch the suitable waves for your own balancing skill.🏄🏼♂️
Moreover, their team has a photographer to help you to catch every moment. Therefore, you just need to enjoy as much as you can.
Definitely book this team again for my next trip 🥰

I’m having a really good time while practicing surfing here. Soma was really patient and experienced surfing coach. Very recommended for those who wanna learn to surf for the first time or for beginner who wanna have good time surfing in Bali. I will come back for sure

Sooo much fun and I was able to surf with the one lesson thanks to Soma. He’s awesome. Great instructor, very clear communication, I felt safe and in really good hands. There are many surf lesson options but this is top notch, really good quality

If you want to learn surf in a proper way, you need to be with this guy! Private lessons so really focus on you. 3 hours is enough (good workout as well). Really enjoyed it, and now practicing on my own with the lessons in my mind😃

Amazing Surfing memory in Bali!
What a wondering surfing lesson in Bali! we were very happy to have Soma and his team to teach us and our kids aged from 10 to 13 years old for our 1st time surfing in Bali. He was so organized to pick up us from our Villa to the beach, where he chosen the best spot that suitable for the beginner and kids, Soma was very patient to explain to us the surf skill on the boards and safety knowledge in the waves beforehand, and we especially appreciated his high attention to the kids to assure the safety always. it was absolutely amazing that all kids were successfully standing on the boards and really surfing in the waves after lesson started half hour only..... also myself enjoy and got fun in my 1st time surfing and start to love the surf and waves. we all felt very happy and love to come back to surf again with Soma in next trip to Bali. This is really the most favorite memories from our trip. So if you are looking for surf instructors, especially having group with adult and kids to surf, we highly recommend Soma, he is the best and very experience guy! Kali
