There are several options to take, enjoy gentle walks or for the serious hiker a walk up the Helderberg. Take the children for picnics in summer or enjoy a sunset concert on a Sunday. There is a coffee shop to indulge in after a walk

They co-exist quite well, and are mutually beneficial! You do not have to use the restaurant if you do want to take your own picnic
