best service around. very reasonable, very accommodating, excellent service,
great drivers. Attention to detail is outstanding from the reminders to always being on time and most times early for pick up. we have used and shopped other services and cannot find any that come close to Cross Keys. We highly recommend them for all your needs.

Thank you so much for your attention to detail. George Terrel was amazing. The girls were thrilled when it showed up in a suit. It’s such a relief as a parent to know that your child is being safely transported, particularly on a 21st birthday. I have attached a couple of pictures. Thank you again for all your help and professionalism.

The owner Don is very nice. I used him lasted year for my other daughters wedding. Then this year for a 2 nd. Daughter. They are very professional the vehicle are very clean and safe. Will do what ever you need. Would highly recommend cross keys coach.

I strongly advise against using Cross Key Coach for any transportation needs. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer requests could put your loved ones at risk and disrupt your important events.
We regretfully hired Cross Key Coach to transport my 101-year-old grandmother and her caretaker to my wedding, held one hour away. Having emphasized the importance of her safety and timely arrival (they are located in her town!), we were assured a top, experienced driver.
Unfortunately, this was not the case. A new, untrained driver unfamiliar with the area was assigned. Despite my grandmother living just a few doors down from their office, the driver inexplicably went 45 minutes out of the way due to faulty GPS reliance. This resulted in a pick-up delay exceeding 45 minutes. On their way to the wedding he also go lost, causing our wedding ceremony to be postponed for over an hour to accommodate her arrival. This delay impacted all our guests who had to wait for the ceremony to begin and other wedding events, like cocktail hour and the reception, being shortened.
To add insult to injury, the driver who waited during the wedding was a smoker and smoked in the car while waiting, though it's apparently "not allowed" per Cross Key policy. This meant my grandmother endured a smoke-filled car ride home, a serious health hazard for someone her age.
While Cross Key issued a refund, it does not come close to compensating for the immense emotional distress caused to our family and my grandmother. There was more financial loses due to the wedding being shortened and us not getting the full experience we paid for at the venue. This company's negligence significantly impacted our wedding day and displayed a complete disregard for the specific needs we communicated.

I hired Cross Keys Coach for a Bachelorette Wine Tour and the experience was excellent from the first call with Patty! This started out to be the most stressful part of planning this event but once I started working with Cross Keys a huge weight had been lifted. They had great options to fit my group and made booking easy. The limo itself was in great shape very clean and well kept and our driver Mark Johnson was fantastic! I would definitely recommend using their services for any upcoming special events you will not be disappointed.
