I am an Activities Director at an assisted living community. I have taken our residents twice & both times were fantastic! The first time, we did the lunch & tasting. It was a great introduction to the factory & the chocolate making process (not to mention many tasty offerings). The second time we went, we did the make-your-own workshop, which was equally great. Each resident made 3 dipped cookies, 3 lollipops & a custom made bar. We went around the corner for lunch while the chocolate hardened (this program does not include lunch).

Both were great & I would recommend this for anyone, but it was really exceptional for seniors.

Lived in this area for 30+ year and had never heard of the place before today. Went with a women's group from a local synagogue and it was FABULOUS. It was VERY interesting starting with a tour, the history of chocolate and LOTS of tastings of chocolate, pastries and French Macaroons. Everything was delicious. Sure wish I could remember our host's name as he couldn't have been more helpful or nicer. This is a MUST see and do place.

Excellent tour... we ate a light lunch there, followed by endless tastings of chocolate as Jacques guided us through the centuries of the chocolate evolution. Lunch was just enough so not to fill up and the samples were plentiful. Highly recommend this! Follow the instructions on the website as the GPS generally cannot find the location. Use Google maps for 53 Cooper.

Our tour and lunch at Cluizel Chocolat was a wonderful, tasty, and informative experience for all of us. The displays on the history of chocolate were enlightening, comprehensible, and entertaining. But we LOVED tasting all the diverse products Cluizel has to offer. Our lunch was also delicious. Everyone of us bought many products at their store at the end of the tour.

Never would have known that this little treasure was here, but we're glad that we found it. Informative, engaging, and - of course - delicious. A treat for us and the kids.

We had a private group tour of the facilities and a tasting of the chocolate. Our guide was fun and informative, and we learned a lot about the history of chocolate (it dates back longer than you would think!) and how it has been refined over the years. Very fine chocolate has a different flavor than mass produced candy. We were treated to some excellent bites and our group loved the day!

Came about through Lakeview Custom Coach, anyway, was driving a Coach to show Michel and afterwords sampled some of the chocolate. Folks the I'm not a chocolate person but I would go back again. The best morsels I have ever had.
