Due to a detour we accidentally discovered this park with a lake where we found a number of Canadian geese (I think). Our grandson enjoyed the playground which is next to a children’s garden. Lots of people were out walking or running. Unfortunately we did not have more time to explore further but what we saw was very nice. Cute!

Love this park got walking, jogging and running. Feeding ducks is a plus. Beautiful in winter with ice covered trees. Plenty of parking. Safe.

Offers so much to do. Walk it. Bike it. Arts and crafts festivals and so much more. The pond is soothing. Great ducks and babies. Plenty of parking. The Fall is spectacular for foliage.

When we do not have walk around reservoir in West Orange, we walk here for a change of scenery. Park has a great playground that was upgraded over a year ago. The walk itself is partially shaded so bring a hat and sunscreen. Parking inside the park can be tough so you may want to park on Pleasant Valley Way.

Great for liesurely walk around the lake. They also have paddle boats that are great for kids on a nice day.

We went to the arts festival in Verona Park and we very pleased with the winding sidewalks around the beautiful lake. There are pedestrian bridges and swan paddle boats. It’s beautifully landscapes and right down town.

Very nice park. Easy to walk around the lake are. There are paddle boats, a playground area for kids, bocci ball. There is a trout-stocked lake for those with fishing licenses who wish to fish. Only drawback is parking is very limited.

To lap the lake its like 1.25 miles I think with a small waterfall, lake house, athletic fields, areas to sit or have a picnic, its a great place to go for a walk.
