Admission to the museum itself is free. The shows are what costs a little money and run about 40 minutes (planetarium). There is enough to see, though that is very little when it comes to the planetarium. Overall a good place to spend a rainy...More

I absolutely loved the museum. There was so much to see there. My favorite was the planetarium located downstairs. You have to check ahead of time for the planetarium schedule and show times. But absolutely amazing!

With all the history around NJ I was expecting an impressive museum, but unexpectedly it was really sub par. We had visited the Hessian Barracks and Washington's crossing (both NJ and PA sides), so we were ready for a great museum. But it's hard to...More

The planetarium is great. Make sure you check the times. Great exhibits on local furniture, art, dinosaurs, geology and more.

I went on a Saturday. It was very quiet, almost had the museum to ourselves- it felt a little strange that there was almost no one else there. There a couple exhibits under construction. Probably spent a little under 2 hours there.
