This is a very small and therefore manageable in size place to explore with young children. Even toddlers and tots can walk the "hike" here without tiring. It is very pretty and calm. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very cute and an asset to the community.

Nice trails, really get the feeling of being away from everything. Main building has interesting things to see and they run great programs throughout the year.

Trail are well marked and relatively easy to follow. Good for younger kids. Not much to see in the center itself. At certain times of the month they have guided hikes. The trail we did, yellow, was more suited to little ones.

We hike here with the kids throughout the entire year. Never had a bad time. Always enjoy this free activity. Can't believe some of the bad reviews. Those people are clueless. Happy we still have nature preserves like this!
