No one enforces the mask rule. People wear them to enter and then take them off and no one polices the pier at all. Felt very uncomfortable. Then my granddaughters were held captive getting on to the Centrifuge. They were inside in line for over 30 minutes and finally turned and came out. Scary to be confined inside in these times. No manager to deal with the loss of their credits. $25 wasted! I would suggest not going until they decide to enforce the regulations and have supervisors on top of the situations. my kids had a blast at the water park including my youngest son who was terrified to go on his first waterslide but then ran through the park non stop riding slides until we had to drg him out. The Casino pier we've been coming to since I was 3 in 1973 but there are periods during the 80s when I was a teen and the late 90's -2012 , when I took my kids, that are particularly special to me and I consider the Casino piers heyday. After Hurricane Sandy destroyed the pier they rebuilt and did a good job but its smaller and most of the rides I remember are gone so for me, because I have 3 magical decades of memories there, the pier itself is downgraded from 'very good' to 'good'. Its the water park which I give an excellent that gives brings the overall rating back up to "very good"

Casino Pier seems to forget that it's the children that make their business and it's the adults that pay for the children to make their business what it is. although they've come a long way with their rides their customer service has a lot to be desired for especially when people like myself who have four years pre-ordered coupons pre-ordered tickets and get perks for doing so are told that they never expire but when you go to use them they're no good. It's a shame when you're in an arcade with a points Doubler which was given to you by the arcade when you had previously purchased tickets you spend a decent amount of money expect to double the points for your children so they can at least walk out with something semi-decent and then our told gee I'm sorry we no longer honor doublers no signs up that pass coupons and promotions that you pre-ordered and that have been honored in the past are no longer valid nothing and not for anything but would it really hurt two double 10,000 points or even 20000 points do you know how much money you spend in those arcades to walk away with a dollar store price seriously the nastiness of your people at the counter was the icing on the cake there's a right way and a wrong way to do things and no offense you guys did it the wrong way once too often

There's something for everyone of every age here! Spend a day and enjoy every single one of the attractions this place have to offer! The prices are OK and the view is amazing! Right on the Atlantic Ocean! Don't skip the water park too! Food court can be better but overall it's a great place to go on a sunny day!
