Sea Bright used to be a good public beach.Sandy destroyed it hit has been a slow recovery. It is sad but the beach isn't great and the fees are quite high.

I hadn’t been to Sea Bright Beach this year until yesterday. I prefer as Asbury due to its diverse crowd, boardwalk and nightlife, but I did not realize what a fantastic job the county government has done with the beach in Sea Bright. Clearly there...More

I’ve visited the shore my whole life. I’ve never been to Sea Bright but heard good things. It is a great place to spend the day! Cute eateries, guarded beaches, and white sandy beaches. A few things: 1. There is a lot of construction. I...More

Seabright Beach is a nice place for families, and near some cool shops and restaurants. Could not be a better place for a simple day at the shore. However parking is a nightmare, and unless you are there very, very early it is impossible. Leaving...More

The Jersey Shore — sea Bright public beach is a beautiful white sandy beach with ocean waves. We enjoyed another great summer weekend here.

The shoreline is pretty long into the sea...Not too deep so you can play ball. The sand is smooth for children to build castles. Before the shore extends into the sea, there is a trough so water is going like backwaters, giving a pool effect....More

The beach was ok, but there is a lot of construction everywhere! EVERYWHERE! The shops on Ocean are open. Also, pay parking is the name of the game here! Very clean once past the construction!

I rode my bike down 36 for a few miles. Cruised back to the beach and jumped in the water. Just fantastic! Hung out on the beach with umbrella as it was a scorcher. Still caught enough sun. I can't praise Sea Bright enough. The...More

Decent Jersey Shore beach. No boardwalk. $1 per hour parking (fills up later in day), $8 admission (free under 12). Restaurants right across the street. Crowded at entrance, but you can find a more secluded spot if you are willing to walk a bit.

Not when we were there. The sea was rough but we didn’t see or feel a lot of sea life.

The public (pay beach) usually closes at 6, meaning, the lifeguards are off duty. After the lifeguards are gone, you can swim all night..I guess. There are the beach cops, but you don't see much of them. the public beach... More
