Fun way to spend a date night or group outing

We chose the Treasure Hunt room. We did not have reservations and showed up around 7pm on a Friday. The guys working were helpful and got us in the room quick. Cost was reasonable and the clues and hunt itself allow you to be fully interactive. We would definitely go back and try a different room next time.

rockaway mall escape room

never done an escape room before so i don't have a comparison. reading some of the other reviews i may not know what i'm missing, but i can tell you that we had a blast! my husband, 14 year old daughter and i did it together and had so much fun figuring out the clues and opening all the locks. we'll be back : )

Such Fun. A great way to spend an hour (or under)

We chose the Sherlock Holmes room, as we are massive fans!

There was just us three, which was perfect. I don't think it would have been more fun with strangers. (ie., if they had booked up to the 8 person max., to come in with us).

Our daughter is 15 and she got really involved.

It was fun from the get go. We were stumped only twice and the guy gives you some information, that just makes you think harder!

We solved it with 6 minutes to spare!

They even take a photo (without added costs!) and post it online if you want!

We would be back, if we didn't live 3,500 miles away!

A waste of money!!

This was the worst escape room I have ever been to. We have had wonderful, fun experiences at escape rooms and I encouraged 11 family members to joins us and it was a huge disappointment. I would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone.

Could be much better

While the gentlemen that helped us was lovely and overall, we had fun, we will never be back. My only other experience with these escape rooms was the Ultimate Escape Rooms in Somerville. They are fantastic and as though you are truly submerged in the experience! I must admit if you had started there then you would feel how I feel. These rooms were incredibly run down (it was clean) and lacking character and suspense. They were as though a group of teens put it all together. I was honestly embarrassed for my guests.

We Escaped

This was my first time doing an escape room, we had sooooo much fun. Staff was super helpful, I don't think we would have escaped without their clues. They also make new games every few months so I will be back to try them out.
