The theater is wonderfully restored and easily accessible to town. The concert we attended was worth the price of entry. The one concern was that the adult men were unable to sit comfortably with legs in front of them because the spacing between the seating was extremely limited. It was physically uncomfortable. In all other ways it was a very... More

Keep track of the entertainment they have online. You will have an opportunity to see some amazing artists in a small venue where there is no bad seat. I think the ticket prices are competitive. Great places to eat in the area too.

Always a satisfying acoustical experience when a musical event is experienced. From the moment you walk in to the venue, you will depart enthralled!

Great sized theatre...no bad seats. Nice environment and reasonable prices for the qualities of shows they have. Parking is inexpensive and nearby. Highly recommend.

We were at the Count Basie last night for a performance of the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra. Just one of hundreds of events we have attended there. Beautiful venue with very good acoustics. Be forewarned, knee room is very restricted in the balcony, but fine down below.

The historic Count Basie Theatre is a great venue to see all sorts of entertainment. It's small enough to offer an intimate theatre experience. It has a lower level as well as a balcony level. The only complaint is the restrooms are quite small and crowded. The lobby area also gets a bit jammed up especially when exiting.

The Count Basie Theater in Red Bank NJ is a simple yet effective venue for many acts. Parking though is very dicey on the street and the lot a block east. Come early if you can to secure a good parking spot.

I have been to Count Basie a ton of times. I have gone to the holiday doo wop shows, have seen Chris Cornell, Morrissey, and the Temptations. It is great to have a venue with solid acts in the Red Bank area. I prefer sitting in the lower area and not up in the balcony. As you get higher up... More

We have been to 3 classical music concerts here, and been very satisfied. The orchestras were a bit amateur, but that added to the charm. The seats were comfortable, the views fine from most locations, and the acoustics helped enhance the sound.
