a small collection in a centennial summer resort area two hours from nyc. town of bay head was summer resort for both ny and philly families. small town - three blocks between atlantic on east and barnegat bay on west - at head of barnegat bay, famous for sailing. badly hit by hurricane sandy, restored almost totally in three years to former sedate, limited commerce, status.

A Look Back in Time

This small museum is well worth a visit for those interested in the history of Bay Head, NJ. It is an ideal pursuit on a rainy day when the beach is not an option. The current exhibit focuses on the significance of the railroad in Bay Head.
