In an oversaturated mini golf market, I would think that nearly $10 per person on a weeknight is overpriced ($39.80 for a party of four).

As far as the quality of the course, we only did one course of the three available. One appears to be completely indoor and ours was partially covered. Nice Congo/safari theme and the kids (8 and 6) enjoyed themselves.

Mini golfers who want to be challenged will probably find a course that suits them, but it'll cost you.

We selected this mini golf after reading the reviews as it was the best rated on trip advisor in ocean city. We had two 15 year old girls and a 9 year old boy with is. We chose the outdoor course - it was very well kept and we had fun. The negative I would say is that many of the holes were very small. Has nice air flow throughout.

We stayed across the street so, of course, my son begged me to go. We ended up going twice and did Solomon’s Mine and Congo Queen. Lost City was closed. This was during Covid-19 restrictions and we had to wear face masks, stay 6 feet apart and sanitize. We enjoyed it and didn’t even keep score the second time. Holes were basic and it’s pretty interesting how the courses are packed into the boardwalk. It was $17 for both of us. Would go again. View is from top of course looking at ocean.

The course we played was the indoor one because the lines were super long for the others. It was too easy. All of us, two adults and two teens, were getting mostly twos, some threes, throughout the course. And $40 on a weeknight, seriously? I brought a coupon but neglected to see that you had to play before 6 pm to use it so no dice. There are cheaper and better courses in OC. One of my kids wanted to try it, so we wound up here. I don’t understand how this one stays so popular. It was well maintained I will say, but that’s not enough of a reason to return.

My daughter and I went in the afternoon to have a little fun. They have 3 different courses. One is inside and the other two are outside. We did the one called Solomon's Mine. Pretty easy course, but fun none the less.

My 4 year old is obsessed with mini golf to say the least. We were in town this weekend and on Friday night (off season) Congo Falls was the only mini golf course open past 5pm. We have golfed here before on one of the outdoor courses. With the wind blowing it was a bit cold so we opted for the indoor course this time. We should have taken the "PG" warning and braved the wind outside. Everything was fine till about half way in. Doors started shaking; things came down from the ceiling, and loud noises would come out of nowhere. My son was terrified and we were stuck finishing his turns as he held his hands over his ears. I’m not going to lie I was a little creeped out as well as we were the only ones golfing on the whole course it was just kind of eerie. They say that it is a "Disney" type of atmosphere...I will say the place is very neat with all the elements and talking animals. But it’s nothing close to Disney. With all that said. We will return to Congo Falls, but we will stick to the outdoor courses.

There are three different courses. We took the middle one in the “cave.” The graphics are pretty cool, but they are very disturbing even to teens. Also, the holes are only straight puts. We golfed through it pretty quickly. I don’t think I’ll go again here.

Parents cannot watch their children playing without paying for one parent to pay. They have a sign that states, "due to insurance regulations" only one non-paying customer can accompany a party". This was enforced at the counter causing one of the parents to pay. Insurance, really? Funny how the other courses on the boardwalk allow two parents to supervise their children and don't make one pay. Take this into consideration when bulk purchasing tickets or choosing your course. Our kids need to be constantly supervised as they sometimes forget and swing too high and sometimes behind! Well kept, partially indoor courses, great for rainy days, not too challenging, on the expensive side among other courses. They promote trip advisor on their scorecards, so here’s one trip advisor patron suggestion, allow parents to supervise their paying children without penalizing couples!

It's hard to find a nice miniature golf course by the beach these days. We believe this is the best one in OC. It offers 3 differ that courses - one that is mostly indoors the weather is bad and 2 others that go several levels up and then back down that offer beautiful views of the beach and boardwalk in certain locations. That's not when you are also enjoying the golf course itself. It's a great activity for the entire family and is a must do for every time we go to OC ! Give it a try !

My kids have played all 3 courses at Congo for the last few years, and it is by far the most challenging and enjoyable on the boardwalk. From the monkeys on the boardwalk to Indiana Jones to the same old guy that works there every year, we never miss a trip to Congo golf. I just try to make sure I don't get wet by King Kong when we walk by!
