I've been attending concerts, shows and Devils games since the Prudential Center opened in 2007. This venue is great, from the floor seats to the "nosebleed" section to the suites - they're all good. The staff is helpful and security is on point. Lots of parking nearby as well as mass transit.

The security personnel taking selfies, when I ask for a secondary exit since no one was moving. I was pointed to guest services and security continued taking their pictures. One did get lucky and got a phone number from a woman. I might be wrong, the high five might be a greeting. Didn't like the ambiance, didn't like service, didn't... More

Great arena to watch an NHL game, pricing was - as always - not very reasonable but that's more down to the NJ Devils. Food is overpriced but that's to be expected too. :)

My husband and I attended a pre-season hockey game at the Pru Center, and had a great evening. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful--- it made for a lovely evening. Ushers were happy to help and give directions, and those working in the "Team Shops" went above and beyond to help me find the items I wanted.... More

This was my worst ever concert experience. I was there for a famous Indian artists performance - maestro Ilayaraja on Saturday, 9/24. At 11pm, the staff at this facility very rudely turned the mic off while the artists were still performing and the staff literally rampaged over the audience to breakdown chairs and the stage/ mic.. I am not sure... More

This was a great venue. We say Cirque Du Soleil's show Toruk. The show was great. The venue is very easy to get to. The place is clean. Lots of food stalls inside and plenty of bathroom. Loved the seats although we sat in the nose bleeds we still saw the show below comfortably. Parking - quick tip. Parking right... More

Toruk, Cirque de Soliel's fairly new road show has some great visuals, music and acrobats. It is base loosely on James Cameron's Avitar. Although the acrobats are outstanding and the story line is unique, this show lacks the variety that their tent shows usually deliver. It should however not be missed and the Prudential Center is a good venue for... More
