Joined a few months ago along with my wife. We are always able to get appointments. The waiting room is clean the receptionist are always nice. The massage rooms are clean quiet and very peaceful. The staff are very professional and the massage is wonderful very relaxing. This is great place to relax and forget your worries for a hour. I recommend Hand and Stone.

This was a complete waste of my time and my friend's money. I am very disappointed and will not go there again. I am a frequent spa goer so I received two gift cards for a massage at this facility. Both times I used their services, I requested a 50 minute aromatherapy massage. I asked for a person with strong hands as sometimes I get a deep tissue massage and was not sure if I was going to change to that type of massage upon arrival. Both times I chose not to get the deep tissue and both times the person's hands were so weak it actually felt annoying after about 10 minutesa. Neither masseuse asked me if the pressure was acceptable to me or any other preference (i.e., room temperature, table temperature, etc.). The last massage I received, it was obvious the masseuse was not well trained. She did not do any of the nice techniques that you receive in other spas like using her knuckles, using both her thumbs to work out muscle kinks, etc. She basically gave me a rub down as that is all she knew how to do. She also annoyingly kept on putting the blanket over each part that she massaged and gently "rocked" that part of the body. She did it so often as if to fill time. I like this technique, but it generally is done at the end of the entire massage, not after every body part. Additionally, she barely touched my feet to do a proper massage. I will not return and want others to know, don't bother. The only thing I liked was the smell of the lavender oil. It was strong and pleasant.
