Hi, so i know there’s a pandemic but this place needs some structure, no instructions where to go when you arrive, no one out to tell you hi come this way, we had a reservation for 3pm and waited for 20 minutes out side looking around and when my fiancé finally walked up to someone she went inside and slammed the door on her. Then we call as we are about to leave to ask if they are even open and they say yes come in the front. So we walked all the way around the building and went inside for all of about 2 minutes then we were sent back outside to our table, and the “waiter” said ok if you would like to order please go back inside though the front door... why wouldn’t you have us order while we were inside! Make no sense!

Normally I really do like it at this winery. However, when they have a holiday or event they fall short on service and being able to handle the crowd. They only have 2 registers total. The line to order on Valentine weekend was 45 minutes + before being able to place an order. Regardless if you were staying there or getting wine to take home you had to wait in the same line. They definitely try but need to add some hand held POS systems or something. What a nightmare. I will definitely go back but not when there is a holiday or event happening there.

We went on a mini wine tour for our anniversary, and this place had some great wines for our tastes. Liked that they had plenty of space, and an informative chat while serving. The cheese was pretty good and if we hadn't been flying, we probably would have grabbed a growler of their sangria on tap.

My wife and I enjoy wine and we like to try new wines whenever we get the chance. We have traveled to Virginia at the recommendation of a friend to try the local wines and were not disappointed.
When one of our nephews encouraged us to visit Bellview Winery here in NJ, we were excited but our previous exposures to NJ wines were less than stellar. So we took a drive there today and, to our pleasant surprise, this is a top quality winery! As good as several we visited in Virginia.
Bellview is situated in the farming heartland of southern NJ. The drive from New Brunswick to Landisville is direct (Rt 130 to 206 to 54), long (about 2 hrs), and scenic, going by the Columbus Flea Market and into the Pine Barrens past places such as Tabernacle, Shamong (Lenape for "place of horns"), Wharton State Forest, and Hammonton (Blueberry Capitol of the Earth). I like this ride best when I am continuing southeast to shore points like Wildwood or Cape May.
When we arrived, we were the first customers of the day so we enjoyed the quietly beautiful landscape on a frigid January Saturday. Once inside, we were greeted by friendly staff and impressed by the pleasant interior.
At last we sampled some of their reds, as well as their Viognier. We purchased a new red called Blaufrankisch, as well as a Chambourcin and a Viognier.
We highly recommend stopping at Bellview if you are crossing south Jersey on your way to the shore or on your way home.

Hi thseamon,
Thank you for the great review! We couldn't have said it any better ourselves.
You must have just stopped by during Winter Wine Weekend. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the Blaufränkisch! We're happy to see it back on our list. Please come back and see us again any time you'd like, albeit a decent drive from New Brunswick. We'll be here waiting for you.
Thanks and regards,

I went to bellview for a paint night. It was my first one that I have been to but my sister had gone to many before. It was nice and the instructor was helpful. I definitely recommend going early if you go to one of these because my sister, mother and I actually got split up from sitting together so that wasn't cool. Other than that it was a nice time.

It's taken me this long to realize I haven't put a review together for one of our favorite wine stops in NJ.
Bellview offers a wide selection for just about any type of drinker. we're huge fans of their petite verdot and blaurfrankisch - both notably well balanced dry reds. but their dandelion also makes for a delicious sip on the rocks and a great conversation piece to share with fellow wine drinkers.
service here has always been a splendid experience, all of Jim's staff are exceptional, welcoming, and friendly.

On Sunday I went to this winery and had a great time. I was treated kindly and was well informed on their wines. I was given a map, and magnet of their up coming events. At this winery you get to keep the glass for free that you use during the tasting. You get to chose eight wines that you want to sample. Living in PA we have a limit of what wines are able to be shipped here but, the great news about Bellview is they are able to ship all of there wines here. They just signed a contract with "Oceanspray" for their white concord grapes. I plan on visiting this great winery and many more times. They will be getting plenty of my online business.

The staff was really pleasant and the interior is spacious and very beautifully decorated, they have a really great selection of cool artifacts that wine lovers can purchase.
Also, they have a beautiful open space outside where you can picnic with your family and it worked out great since my cousin has 3 small children and they were really happy to be able to play in the garden and run.
While they did that we bought 2 bottles of different kinds of wine and they were really great, we got to enjoy them while we were out with the kids and it was really awesome.
I definitely recommend this place!

My future daughter in law, her mother and I stopped here first on our own winery tour.. We were met by Matt who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with our tasting. For 5.00 - we could sample 8 wines - and keep the glass! The atmosphere of the tasting room was large - clean and bright with various items to purchase. My favorite wine, which I bought was the Jersey Devil White - a light, sweet wine with a hint of apple and kiwi - there was another - but I'll have to return for that one! Thanks Matt!

You're very welcome cmariert! It was a pleasure having all three of you. I'm happy to hear how much you enjoyed both the wine, and your experience with us. Please come back and see us any time again! I believe the other wine was Under The Arbor? I'll have a bottle waiting for you :)
Thanks and regards,
