Purchased tickets online and requested to move them from a Sunday to Monday over a week in advance and was told they could not help. Better have your plans in concrete before you book with these guys!

Getting to this abandoned Central Railroad terminal can be a little tricky as most will depart for the Statue of Liberty and Ellis island from battery park. There is ample parking here for $7 all day. It is actually an experience to walk into the ticketing area while you view the derelict rail platforms. The only thing about departing from... More

We went to the Statue of Liberty last Monday! Ellis Island is GREAT!! Wish we could have spent more time there exploring everything!! We took a guided tour and our guide was very informative, interactive, and kept things interesting! Ellis Island is slowly being restored to the look it had in the early 1900s. So many buildings in such a... More

This was our first time going to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty. Liberty State Park was very easy to get to and park. There is a parking fee of $7, so be ready to pay. I recommend getting there early because they do get very busy. We were there before 8 am to get in line to go... More

The Statue of Liberty conveys the message of freedom through a number of dramatic examples. In her left arm, she holds a tablet of law bearing in Roman numerals the date of the American Declaration of Independence, July 4, 1776.

OK, they are about the only game in town if you want to get onto Ellis Island or the the Statue of Liberty island, but even so, they were well run. They had a lot of employees working the boats, and they took precautions to make sure people got on and off safely. They operate out of Battery Park in... More

We booked our tickets online. It was confusing since we wanted to book their advertised 3-part tour with Ellis Island, Statue of Liberty and the 9/11 Memorial, but every ticket link I clicked on did not offer the 9/11. Their online "chat" feature offered no help either, it must not be manned after hours??? I finally called the next morning... More

We booked with Statue Cruises weeks in advance, and prepaid for our tickets online. We were visiting the Statue for my son's birthday, he is a huge history buff. We were all super excited to go. We drove in from PA and stayed in a Jersey hotel overnight. On the day of our trip we arrived at the parking lot... More

Booked in advance on the website... Everything was just as advertised. Just be aware that there is a 10 min (generous) walk from the parking lot to the security gate Security opens before your scheduled departure time... Be aware that the boats departing from NJ goes to Ellis Island and Liberty Island second. NY departures does the opposite. Highly recommend... More

Buy your ticket and head to your right to the dock. $7 parking all day. We went to Ellis Island and the audio tour is included with the $18 price of your ferry ticket. The parking lot is open until 10pm, but check. AfterEllis, we got back on and headed to the stop at Battery Park. We took the subway... More
