We go every year and on a nice day it’s very busy, but with your season pass it’s worth every penny. We spend time in the wave pool and lazy river and plan only a few slides. Later in the day is less busy.
My daughter and I went to Six Flags Hurricane Harbor for the very first time last month. When we entered to retrieve our membership passes, we received the constant go around on where to pick them up, resulting in standing in longer lines as time...More
1) it's an amusement park. expect lines. though they weren't horrible when we went on a friday in august. so i suggest folks get over the lines. i mean, build your own water park for yourself. or if you don't want to spend that much...More
As much as we love Great Adventure, Hurricane Harbor was a gigantic disappointment. Rude employees right from the entrance and throughout the park. Half of the rides were closed and there were no wait timed indicated anywhere. So just get in line and see if...More
Had the same experience as other reviewers. Whilst there is a good selection of rides and its a nice park, it is so badly run. Rides kept closing throughout the day which seemed to be mainly due to a lack of staff to run them,...More
Very...very disappointed!! Attended Hurricane Harbor park September 2, 2018 with my family thinking this would be a great end to the summer. I was so wrong. Purchased tickets online nowhere did it mention the park was not at full service. Once at the park I...More
This place is neither well kept nor well run. On our visit the end of August some rides including the Lazy River were closed down or out of order. There were long lines on the rides that were operating. Even though it was a week...More
I had the same experience as many of these other reviewers. I went on August 29, 2018. There were multiple rides closed. The rides that were open were so poorly managed that it felt like were we cattle being herded. The food was absolutely awful...More

I visited on Monday, August 22, I was told by a staff member that most of the staff has already left for school and other reasons. This left the park with minimal staffing. Although the park was not crowded, it took 45 min to an hour to get on the rides. There was 1 ride attendant on a tower manning 4 slides with 8 access points. The lazy river was only half opened and it seemed everytime we tried to go in the wave pool, that was shut down for some reason. When asked to pay $40 per ticket PLUS $25 to park, I was NOT happy. We arrived at 11 am and left at 5:45 and only got on 6 rides. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I doubt if I would ever go again.
