Great place for the kids to burn of energy.

Attended a birthday party here with my niece. Lots and lots of things to bounce on, climb on, etc. The staff is mostly attentive, but I'm sure they can't help being bored. If you're not there to play, bring a book or something.

Questionable Safety
Mar 2016 • Family
We bought tickets online for the Easter Bunny jump. There was no real check in. I just walked in and went right into the jump area with all the kids. (What if I was a kidnapper?) Another thing I didn't like was that the staff are in the bouncy houses and they stop your kids while jumping to take their photo. They really should ask parents first. I don't want my child's photo on the Internet or whatever else they are doing with those photos. Was very annoyed by that. Won't be going back. The staff taking the photos also touched the kids to stop them from passing by the exit so that he could take their photo. They should not be putting their hands on a child.

absolutely amazing staff; the front desk worker helped make sure everything went perfectly, and my kids and party guests played the entire time and loved bouncing around with the staff. i definitely recommend that people book parties here

It is ok?

I thought this would have more features and you can only stay in the bounce room for a short time for a very expensive amount of money I honestly don't recommend

Field Trip and Open Jump

Our groups love coming here... the young ones and the teen travel... same play equipment for all of them and they all are still entertained! Clean, friendly, well supervised by Pump It Up Staff! And not pricey at all!

The kids I went with said it was okay. The ages were 6-12 years old.
Even my son said it was okay and he is 7.

Clean and fun

I don't know how my kids don't get bored bouncing but they love coming here. The place is clean and the staff keeps safety a priority. Great for a cold or rainy day. Does sometimes smell like a locker room. But, I guess sweaty kids will do that!

Parties are okay, "open bounce" is not...
Aug 2014 • Family
I've been to this location twice, once as a birthday party guest, and once for open jump. The party experience was quite good. Children well entertained in two different rooms with bounce equipment (three large bounce items per room), cake/pizza room was clean. Open bounce, on the other hand, was a mess. Had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to even come help us at the front register. Once they did, the bounce areas were woefully understaffed, with only two employees (one of whom clearly couldn't have cared less about her job) in a room with 20-30 children. Room "A" wasn't so bad as it is a fairly small space, and it was easy to see the multiple pieces of bounce equipment from one location. Room "B" was pandemonium, it is more spread out, and absolutely no one was watching the bounce basketball court in the middle, and the tweens behavior in there reflected the total lack of supervision (both by the company and their parents). Would not bring my toddler back for an open bounce session, but would consider hosting a party here if the price is right.

Bouncing Blast!
Apr 2013 • Family
I've taken my 3 yrs old daughter to the Pop In Preschool playtime on Fridays a couple of times and she absolutely loves it! They have a wonderful variety of inflatables and two different rooms for the kids to play in (the play time is split evenly between the two rooms). And it is very reasonably priced (about $9 for 1 1/2 of fun). I highly recommend it, especially on a cold/rainy day to get the kiddos up and moving! They also offer great birthday packages.
