Beautiful outdoor surroundings but rooms are rundown and not cleaned well. Scratches on the walls. Handprint marks on the furniture. Carpets worn. Pull out sofa bedding not clean. Also front desk staff not particularly friendly. The pool area messy with worn lounge chairs. I had to cover chairs with towels for us to sit on because I was a bit... More

We stayed at the Grand Cascades Lodge during President's Week in February 2017. The place was expensive - $850 per night for a small double room - but we happily paid the premium because we were so looking forward to spending time relaxing at the Biosphere pool. In the pictures, it looks awesome. Be forewarned, the reality is nothing like... More

This is a great place for families of all ages. We stayed at Grand Cascades Lodge and took advantage of the pools and saunas at Minerals too. Our King suite had a tremendous view of the Biospehere, terrace, and mountains. The suite included a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub. The... Overall very nice, well kept place. Biosphere and pool area overcrowded, outdoor pool was closed. Whirlpool literally was transformed in to kiddy pool. Service is good . Rooms are large, comfortable with kitchenette , refrigerator. Very overpriced. All restaurants closed 3-5 pm.

The Grand Cascades Lodge is a nice property but the accomodations and service don't measure up to the prices charged. For a weekend stay, we had a small room on the ground floor overlooking air conditioning units. All in, with the room charge, "amenity fee" and taxes, the bill was almost $400/night. The grounds are well kept and the location... More

We stayed at a suite and I feel that we overpaid by a lot. the advertisement is talking about luxury and unfortunately we couldn't find anything luxurious. it is a very nice golf destination with six courses available to play but once again overpriced. Friendly service everywhere we went and with whomever we had contact. Did I mention overpriced?

My family and I were checking in at the front desk, I had a few questions for the young lady Rachael, well, she was rude and seemed aggravated that I was asking questions about the crystal springs pool , restaurant and rooms. That night I ran into another young lady named Jen, I was thinking I was going to get... More

We booked a romantic wine three day weekend and loved every minute of it since we walked in the front door and checked in. Our room was far more than I ever expected. A bottle of wine was waiting for us and a cheese and fruit platter was in the icebox. A full kitchen with a snack bar plus a... More

I recently traveled here for a 2 day business trip. This resort hosted 50 people from my company and everyone only had great things to say. The rooms were very large with separate bedrooms, living area with fireplace and a full kitchen. They gym was quite small but had all the necessary machines you need. All of the food was... More
