The operation is run from a small strip small north of the town instead of the old location south of the town right near the launch site into the river so the turn around time for buses is slow and thus there are long lines waiting for rides. Reservations mean nothing so don't bother unless you have a big party... More

The staff on the trip down the river were excellent. There is no doubt that the money you pay supports the excellent staff that supports the great day you have on the river. However, Money and effort should be spent on cleaning their restrooms. Never ever have I seen anything so disgusting. A great day had something of a shadow... More

We waited over 2 hours in the hot sun for tubes. Later found out that the tubes from earlier patrons were left where they exited the river. Buses returned the patrons to the start but left the tubes behind. We had to stand in line while they blew ours up from the bottom of a huge pile of old tubes.... More

Completely unorganized, the kids working there couldn't give a crap about who had an upgrade or not. The tubes were deflated and we asked the mm to inflate them more and we got attitude. After 25 minutes of waiting we found hand pumps scattered around the piles of flat tubes and inflated them ourselves. We paid extra for upgrades and... More

Went this year with a group of nine. They are at their third location in three years. Only plus of the new location is they don't charge for parking but their price went up anyways. Port o potties were gross and almost full. They seemed to be short on tubes and most were not in great shape. It was confusing... More

Last Sunday we celebrated my 65th birthday with family and friends tubing on the river. Our ages ranged from 70 to 8 years old. The weather was perfect, air in the upper 80's and water around 70+. We bought our tickets ahead of time online and printed and filled out waiver forms ahead of time as well. The place was... More

I have been to DRT twice before and they seem more organize. Now in their new location you have to wait for over an hour for your tube before broading the bus. The actual tube ride in the river was shorten from last year. Over all it was an okay event.

DRT had been closed after trying to find a new location. They are now operating out of a strip mall (former municipal offices for one of the towns I think?) We booked an online reservation for 1 p.m. and showed up at 12:15 with completed waivers in hand. The line was around the building to get in to pay for... More

Please be cautious when reading reviews. Most of the good reviews or experiences posted online about Delaware River tubing are a result of people doing private tubing excursions, NOT through Delaware tubing! They never opened for 2015. They have claimed for weeks/months they would be opening soon, they continued to take money and reservations all summer and lost tons of... More
