Paradise for little ones
Sep 2020
Storybook Land is everything that Disney World isn't . I would give it a 10 star review if I could .
Even though it is situated right next to a major road once you go inside you are in a shady oasis . It is super-clean with beautiful landscaping . The young people working there are friendly , courteous and helpful .
It costs less than one third of a Disney ticket , has virtually no waiting lines or long walks between rides to wear you out . Four glorious hours for 4 to 10 or 12 year olds . A little cafe with basic items if you are so inclined .There is even a little splash pool to cool your toes .
What more could you want . Of course there is the giftshop which you have to go through to get out . But you are not obligated to buy anything . And I normally wouldn't go for some silly souvenirs I have bought some there because some are really nice, inexpensive toys . Disney World is nice but stressful .
Storybook Land is RELAXING !

Perfect for toddlers and preschoolers
Jun 2021
We had an absolutely wonderful time here with our almost-3 year old. The park is clean and well-maintained, and we loved that the park has lots of big trees to provide shade on a hot day. The staff is professional and friendly. We were really impressed by the attention to detail and creativity. Our son was able to go on his favorite rides multiple times because there were barely any lines! We also appreciated the policy of allowing visitors to bring in food and beverages and that there aren't merchandise stands everywhere - these little things really foster an enjoyable family experience. We will definitely be back!

The Best
Dec 2020 • Family
I’ve been to Storybook Land, Sesame Place, Land of Make Believe, Dutch Wonderland, etc. all multiple times. Storybook Land always gets the #1 spot. The bathrooms are spotless and even smells like lemon. The park is super clean. Staff are all good. Lines never long. The place is run like a well oiled machine. I live near Sesame Place and have season passes because it’s so close. Sesame Place is a sewer compared to Storybook Land and should should hire whoever runs Storybook Land to help them get their act together.

Buyer beware---Horrible online reservation system
Dec 2020
Do not purchase tickets online---the process is horrible. I went to make a reservation for a specific date when my out-of-town guests would be here. Before I could make the reservation, however, I had to purchase tickets. I checked the top of the screen to make sure that the date I wanted (Dec 9) was open, which it was, and then I purchased 3 tickets. When I then went back to make the reservation, Dec 9 was no longer available. When I called the front office, the young man was very rude. When I told him that the date I needed had not been listed as unavailable, his response was "I just walked into the office and didn't get a chance yet to report that that date was no longer available." How is that my fault? He was very combative, arrogant, and rude. Sounded like a teenager so maybe this is his winter-break job, but a supposedly family friendly place shouldn't hire people who don't speak politely to the public. Now I have to dispute the charge with VISA. Honestly, the place itself is great, but this online reservation---ticket deal was not well-thought-out, and as I said, the office personnel aren't very nice.

Get reservations and go early
Nov 2020
Christmas was great. Without Santa lighting the park this would is not worth the $29 ticket. My first trip was because of “tradition”. It’s cute the animals I thought was the best part for me as an adult but the kids we were with loved it.

Highly Recommend even with COVID
Aug 2020 • Family
I can’t stop raving about storybook land VERY clean, sanitizer everywhere, even bathrooms were extremely clean (which you don’t find often at public places). 50% capacity works perfect for this place because you are hardly waiting for rides. So professional & the day we went we received 3 free ice creams :) worth every penny.

Ready for COVID 19
Aug 2020 • Family
My family and I visited Storybook Land on August 8, 2020. My six year old had a wonderful time and they kept the place clean and sanitized by adhering to COVID 19 mandates. The rides were wiped down & they only used every other seat to make sure they were practicing social distancing and to let the area dry after spraying it with disinfect. Everyone wore masks and the park was not packed, you had to make a reservation to visit the park. I made our reservation the night before and I received a confirmation instantly. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend visiting this venue. I only have one con, in the women’s bathroom, you have to pull the door to get out and they do not use paper towels, only air dryers. Touching the door in a public place after washing your hands defeats the whole purpose of washing your hands, just something to consider.

Stay away. We bought advance tickets & made a reservation (due to covid) that there website recommended for a sunday . A friend of ours wanted to come last minute & had she not checked the website & saw there policies changed we would have drove 2 hours to a CLOSED storybook land. They would not refund our money or did they even feel they should let any of there guests know they are now closed sunday & monday . Screw you basically. The rude & disrespectful manager wouldnt even get on the phone. Terrible service!!

Clean and adorable
Aug 2020 • Family
This is our second time here and it is the perfect park for small children ...easy parking, clean, minimal lines, friendly staff, easy walking and shaded!! The kids love pressing the buttons in the little houses to see the nursery rhymes come to life. The rides are cute and definitely for small children, parents can ride too if kids are too small!! The water area is open but we didn’t use it this time. You can also still feed the goats and the deer. The best part is that you can bring your own food and there are tables , benches, pavilions where you can eat. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Now with Covid they are limiting capacity and suggest reserving a date online. Masks are required and it was one of the few places I’ve been where I’ve seen everyone ....staff and guests...compliant with masks the whole time. You can take them off when you are sitting down to eat. Since the park is shady, masks were not a problem (even for the little ones 6,6 and 4y/o) The rides are spaced every other seat and are sanitized before the next group gets on (those seats are left open and then they use the opposite ones and vice versa). There are also hand sanitizing stations at every ride. I felt like the park maximized safety in this difficult era and everyone was respectful of social distancing.

Finally, there is a small gift store on the way out. We highly recommend this park!! Go before the kids get too big !!

Storybook land on first day of opening after lockdown
Jul 2020 • Family
We went on first day of park opening. Excellent sanitation and social distancing measures taken at the park.
Every seat was sanitized after each ride. Hand sanitizers kept at exit of all rides. Deep cleaning and sanitation done at intervals everywhere.
