We were to leave yesterday for ten days in Greece! We booked the trip one year ago and have been looking forward to it for so long. Once we paid in full 60 days out, we began expecting airline confirmations so that we could reserve seats, etc. We got the run-around for about six weeks, always saying that it would be done in plenty of time. When we got within two weeks of the trip, all communication ceased. They do not answer the phone; you leave your call back number in the queue but the return call never comes. When pressed by Travelzoo with whom we booked the tour, they lied and said they sent an email five days before departure saying they had "problems with their providers" and offered us a full refund. Ha! Lies!! Never happened. Thank heavens that Chase Bank is getting my refund because of course Infinity isn't providing it, even though they KNOW they didn't provide us with any travel. TOTAL SCAM!!!

Where to start...we should just say see the other reviews as most of this happened to us as well for a 9 -ay, 3-city Italy trip we found through Travelzoo (fyi Travelzoo also failed to take responsibility for backing the deal of this company).
A week prior to our trip, we spent countless hours calling IWV, being put on hold, and being told "operations is taking care of it". IWV never sent us our travel documents and itinerary as promised 7- 14 days prior to travel (we got ours about 24 hours prior to travel ONLY because we called IWV for hours every single day for a week leading up to our trip). As of two hours before we left for the airport, we did not have confirmation for our first hotel stay even though IWV sent us a confirmation number for the hotel!!! We knew this only because we called the hotel directly to confirm and found out IWV did not book us.
While in Italy, IWV also cancelled one of our other hotels (for which we had to pay out of pocket), switched one of our other hotels from a 4 to a 3 star (with no explanation) plus the hotel had no A/C, gave us phony confirmation numbers for our tour of the Coliseum (as there was no tour company under that name and no one answered the tour contact info IWV gave to us when we called when no one showed up for the tour). It was upon us to make all the calls to confirm arrangements the entire trip. We also spent a lot of time worrying our whole trip as to what would happen next with this agency.
We requested a refund from IWV on 11/1 for the hotel money for which we are now out of pocket. IWV gave us a "ticket number" and told us we would hear back in 5 business days and the refund would be made to our credit card. Not a peep from them as of today. After what they did to us, they should refund all of our money.
If anyone knows of a class action suit, we would love to join! We will file a complaint with the BBB, and our credit card company as well to see if there is any recourse.
I wish I could give no stars. As very seasoned travelers, we cannot believe we were taken like this. In hindsight, all seemed legit up to the week prior when we could not get our travel documents and could not be directed to a supervisor/customer service rep to resolve our concerns. We have also been loyal Travelzoo customers for over 20 years. We will not be using them again either, sadly. Next time we will book ourselves or use Costco travel!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
They are a scam and will not deliver what you have paid for and will take your money and then stop communicating with you.
We booked a trip and paid in full including travel Insurance. The insurance company was never paid. We didn't receive any travel documents and after numerous calls they arrived 24 hours before departure and all hotels had changed and were downgraded with no refund in costs. Our non stop flight was changed with non change in cost. When pressed and questioned they lied about availability, but we had called and checked directly with hotels and airlines. We were promised a full refund, and now their phone number doesn't work, they have completely changed their webpage to no longer include any phone number and their address is a front. We have filed claims with BBB, FTC, and the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs.

Be aware, this travel company is a scam. They took my money for a trip to Italy ($5,040.00), but cancelled the trip the day before we were scheduled to leave, stating "an insufficient number of participants". I called their customer service for 7 days prior to leaving asking for the travel documents, and was told each time to please give us another day to get your trip scheduled. Then on the day before we were scheduled to leave, I was sent an email cancelling the trip. I took two weeks of vacation and my friend and I planned for a month on the tours we would take when we arrived. Another loss, we have plane tickets from Chicago to the NJ airport that are non refundable. It is now two weeks later and still no refund of the money. My advice, DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!

I booked a trip with IWV back in March for this coming October - even bought the insurance since so much can happen. I found out 2 weeks ago that my daughter will be in a play both weekends of the trip in October so I immediately reached out to IWV. I was told to submit a request for "one-time exception" refund with the details of the play, insurance, etc which I did immediately. I was still 90+ days from leaving when I sent the initial request for refund/credit. I hadn't heard anything back from the company so I reached out again yesterday to make sure that my request wasn't lost in cyberspace - to be told that they had my request and would follow-up "at some point with the details". I understand the policy states non-refundable but that's why I bought the insurance and asked them to work with me. Fingers crossed they will make this right, but the follow-up is just as important.

My wife and I used this company for our honeymoon trip to Greece. The company did not have flights for us until about 16 hours prior to us leaving. The itinerary they originally gave us was completely changed; not the biggest deal for most locations but one of our hotel changes put us in the middle of nowhere with no mode of transportation to get to the more populated areas.
This trip was supposed to include an Athens City and Acropolis tour. The tour guides/transportation never showed to pick us up. Speaking of transportation, all transportation (from airport to hotel, hotel to ferry, ferry to hotel, etc.) was included in the price. On multiple occasions, the drivers simply did not show or the arrangements for ferry arrival times were wrong and the drivers texted me saying they could not wait since our reservation with them had a specific pick up time.
For a package that was supposed to include so much, we ended up paying out of pocket for a lot of the expenses that should have been covered.
While overseas, this company was difficult to get a hold of and did not offer much help, if any, in solving these issues. Since being back, they've consistently either ignored my emails or directed me to email addresses that do not respond or do not exist.
The prices are appealing and the trips looks good on paper but this company is not to be trusted.

Book the Affordable Rome, Florence & Venice tours with by wife and we had an amazing time. For the price that we paid we got good value for 4 star hotels, a half day tour in Rome, Florence & Venice. Hotels were in great locations and all close to the train stations so it made traveling to the different cites quite easy. We have already booked another trip with Infinity to Greece September.

We booked a Rome, to Athens and Santorini trip with infinity worldwide vacations Bayonne, New Jersey on January 9, 2024. For Oct 8-17 2024. We Paid the deposit requested. On August 7, 2024 we paid our balance in full and were told that we will receive a packet confirming our trip within 7-14 days. Our booking confirmation never arrived! Every time we called infinity worldwide vacations, Ryan Hercules, or Mauri would assure us that our packet will come soon. By mid September, I started to worry, I called Infinity Worldwide Vacations and spoke with Maury. Maury promised that by Oct 1 we will get everything! Our trip stared from NY JFK on Oct 8th. Oct 1t I was calling nonstop & no one answered their phones. I called British Airways and found out our name was not on the flight list going to Rome or returning from Athens. My heart sank, lump in my throat!!! We have been planning this trip since January! The next day a person named John called from Infinity to tell me our trip has been canceled, do to their vendors in Athens refused to except their customers! What???
We were packed and flying to NY from Phoenix a few days earlier to catch the flight for our trip. So upset!! I told John I was willing to pay more money!!! John said no, because 200 of their clients are stuck in Athens now and they can’t sent us and 176 more people without accommodation. Then, I told him I knew they never booked our flights and the flights were full. Supposedly our money will be returned. I honestly can’t believe why they would mess with their customers like this? Perhaps the scam is that when people cancel, they keep the deposit? My husband and I and our friends we booked this trip with are devastated!!! We are flying to NY tonight and just book our return flight back to Phoenix. Please if someone can explain this I’ve greatly appreciated.

My family and I booked a vacation with Infinity back in March, and we were excited about the trip. About a week ago, we received a call and were advised that our trip had been canceled. They gave us the information as to why they were canceling due to local services on the ground and that due to the cancellation, they would provide a 100% refund and that it would go back to our credit card. It has now been eight days, and I can say that I have received ALL of my money back. I have to say that I was not happy about my trip being canceled, but obtaining all my cash back goes a long way. I am not sure what others have experienced, but I will give them four stars for giving me all my money back as most companies won't.

Traveling in Thailand was such an awesome experience! The mix of culture, stunning scenery, and delicious food made every day feel like an adventure. Bangkok was a blast—busy streets, incredible temples, and amazing street food (seriously, don’t miss the pad thai!). I loved chilling on the beaches in Phuket; the sunsets were out of this world. Island hopping in Krabi was another highlight, with clear waters and gorgeous views everywhere you look. The locals were super friendly and always had a smile. Whether you’re exploring markets or just relaxing, Thailand has something for everyone. Can’t wait to go back and discover more!
