We visited on a Friday night:
Start with the food, the popcorn is cold. Spoke to customer service....she explained the process. . Placed from Warmer to warmer because they don’t have another way to get the popcorn to the front-so it is placed in a large bag and transported to the front(?)How is this strategically so? You are a movie theater, streamline the process. Make it easier and therefore easier on your employees. And serve it hot. The customer saw it as a huge plastic bag of popcorn being placed into a warmer. This is so strange.
Not enough staff to fill the food orders. This use to be a great place , maybe 2000-2004? May need to have an overhaul, wonder if this location will last. Was great when it was a Loews product.
Seats are the regular straight high back chairs. We didn’t have another choice in the area to see Dog Days. I don’t generally go to this location because of the audience. Our theater was hard to locate, back behind another(?)#9.and it was nearly empty. You pick your seat when you arrive, first come first served.
Difficult to compete with the other great theaters in the area. Specialized seats and an overhaul of the lobby/food area would make this location more enjoyable. Otherwise it is headed for ...... I heard others say they should have stopped by Chick Fil A first. Great idea.

We have been to this theatre several times. Everything is going downhill. Everything is dirty, who ever the manager is he needs to factor in New seating, I guess a complete remodel. There is no way this location is keeping up with other AMC locations. Go elsewhere.

Large theatre with lots of snack choices. The presence of armed security gives me the impression that this location may not be the safest choice for movie going. This place is very busy in weekends and it appears the staff have a hard time keeping the place clean just by the sheer volume of movie goers. Overall, an average entertainment experience.

The concession cases were covered in crumbs, fingerprints, and smears. My 11 year old told me his feet were stuck to the floor. All three soda and Slushie machines were out of order on the other side of the wall. Every trash can visible was overflowing with trash. When we entered, the walk to our seats displayed popcorn everywhere, spill stains, and wrappers. On our way out, the path to the exit appeared as though someone had gotten sick all over. We assumed it was a tossed drink, but I am still unsure since the consistency seemed chunky. This place should be such down.

Where to begin? First to charge 35$ for seats that are miserable and hurt my back, are small and cramped is criminal to start. Then, they had no one monitoring the volume levels, it was so loud people were covering their ears through all of the previews. The seats one long single row so if you were in the middle (where you want to be) you were trapped and could not get up for any reason as the rows are so tight you would need people to stand up for you to pass. Finally, the bathrooms were disgusting (they were just like that of my public high school) While the last Jedi gets an A, the AMC Loews Cherry Hill gets an F. I will never go back there.

This theater is fine. It mostly is just a basic theater nothing special but it’s always clean enough and concession stands go pretty quick. Vince Vtrainers personal training

Horrible, hot, trapped in like sardines. Keep your money or go to any other AMC in the area. This is crap.. The filthiest place to go! Worse than budget airplane ticket seats. The whole building is disgusting!
Back in the 90s this place was amazing!
Limited food services and staff.
The luxury of Amc Marlton 8 is the place to be.

Save yourself some aggravation and go elsewhere for the same price. Long lines, over crowded not a very comfortable place, lax security...you get the idea

Too many teens . My daughter in law had a Roach crawl up her leg during a movie . That was enough for me to stop going . It's very expensive as well

This movie theater is kept alive because of the amount of movies and movie times it has. The theater itself is DISGUSTING. The majority of the customers are DISGUSTING. The staff is DISGUSTING. The prices are DISGUSTING. The waits, the bathrooms, and the food are DISGUSTING.
The prices are so high for nothing special. . The staff consists of extremely unhappy teenagers. No one must ever clean. The setup is terrible, which results in constant crowds and long waits to get tickets, to get to the bathroom, and buy snacks/drinks. People here are so ignorant. The customers are reckless. It's rare that someone is considerate. Been here and the movie was skipping and skipping. Nothing is updated since they opened - it seems.
If you want to go - you can be 90% sure this will be your day:
Awesome, a good movie time! Arrive at the theater to find that it's jam packed and you can't find parking, so you ultimately have no choice but to park far, far away where you have to walk about a block or so to get there. Then, you see how loud and absurdly crowded it is and join one of the movie ticket lines. The line is backed up with people cutting only for you to get a ticket (luckily) from the extremely unhappy cashier that just took your $15 for a ticket. Since the concession stand lines are usually backed up to the ticket lines, you jump in the line and wait while you've already probably spent 20 minutes or so and the movie is close to starting. You meet yet another unpleasant teenager and pay a ridiculous price for cheap, poor quality snacks and ice-filled drinks. Time to walk to the movie and get my ticket checked by another teenager who hates his life only to be bombarded with rude people who won't let you get through because they're leaving their movie and trying to run out of this hellhole. You follow the crowd into the number room you're going to and the person ahead of you shuts the door in your face. You find your tightly packed seat to find that everyone's talking and on their phone, but it's so crowded that almost every seat is taken and you can't get away from the interruptions.
---
I hope I saved you from that madness and you can go to AMC Marlton or Moorestown Mall.
